Excellent service from Mobility Ireland
I recently purchased my vehicle from Mobility Ireland and had a great experience dealing with Jonny. He was excellent throughout the process, always responsive, very helpful, and happy to answer any questions I had.
There were a few teething issues after collecting the vehicle, but Jonny was very helpful and responsive in getting them addressed, which I really appreciated. Good customer service makes a big difference, and Jonny was great to deal with from start to finish.
I would highly recommend Mobility Ireland to anyone looking to purchase a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. I’m very happy with the overall experience, and I’ll definitely be returning to Mobility Ireland when it’s time to change my van in the future.
Thanks again to Jonny and the team for all the help!

Our family needed a wheelchair accessible vehicle and we met Jonny from Motability Ireland to discuss the requirements.
His knowledge & experience was invaluable. He listened & then went through the available options and made some recommendations on a particular one that best met our needs.
He organised all of the paperwork, reports, contacts for other things we might need to put in place, delivered training & the vehicle with an information pack to the NRH for us to demonstrate the ramp use & safety features etc.
We knew we were in good hands with Jonny and our after sales experience has been second to none from the admin team right thru to the service department. Very professional & so pleasant to deal with. Do not pass Jonny & the team at Motability Ireland if you need advice on a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

We recently puchased a KIA PV5 Passenger. The final conversion was excellent, and it's made our lives so much easier with our son. Motability Ireland were very helpful at all stages. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get a converted wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Very easy people to deal with

I bought a wheelchair car for a taxi. Everything went pretty quickly, the staff was friendly, and Alan was always in touch. I highly recommend this company.

Have been using Motability for 19 years and they have always been excellent in their adaptations and customer service, big shoutout to Katie and Lynette

This is our second purchase from motability Ireland we contacted the sales team and this time we dealt with Tommy who made the process of trading our car so easy and hassle free our car was delivered today to Wexford and we are totally over the moon, we highly recommend motability and will definitely be back

Would recommend motability Ireland to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle 💯 such a pleasure to deal with! Hassle free and reliable! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase! Both Tommy and Johnny are passionate about what they do and came up with an amazing idea to help me with a changing support flooring in my vehicle! Game changer in my opinion as unfortunately the world is not disabled friendly and these guys made this a lot easier for me! So thank you 🙏

5 stars all the way for service, cost, flexibility and an absolute pleasure to deal with. A big shout out for Seán in particular who organised our fitting at a really busy time for them but within the limited window I had.
