Hi, I bought your wardrobe moth control things at my local Waitrose a while ago so decided as they had finished their life to go onto your website that was on the box..

the transaction on line is clear and swift as is the delivery. The product is reliable although do not expect to eradicate the moths.The price is so high it is somewhat off-putting.

Missing item quickly dispatched
I was disappointed when my order arrived and one item was missing. However, after I phoned to report this, the missing item was promptly dispatched to me. I am very happy with Moth Control’s customer service. I have been ordering from them for years now.

A variable experience
Recent order arrived without difficulty. Previous order for a single pack of moth-killer refills did not arrive at all, nor any refund of which I am aware (no message to that effect was received).

I am struggling without full…
I am struggling without full instructions. None at all were sent with the Traps. I also bought the spray & the powder. There is no indication when each should be used - or if they are used together or completely separately. Confusion

Long standing use of moth control strips
i live in an old house and have had a battle with moths ever since I inherited some bookcases from my parents after they died nearly 20 years ago.
I have used the sticky strips for many years and find them the best way to control the moths, as well as a lot of hoovering and checking in dark corners.
I also hang my clothes in brightly lit areas, on rails, and not in cupboards.
