Stillkissen

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Stillkissen. Der Bezug aus Baumwoll-Velour fühlt sich unglaublich weich und angenehm auf der Haut an. Das Material wirkt hochwertig und sorgt für ein sehr gemütliches Gefühl, egal ob beim Stillen, Kuscheln oder Entspannen.

Besonders positiv finde ich auch die feste Füllung. Das Kissen ist ausgesprochen formstabil und bietet dadurch eine sehr gute Unterstützung, ohne ständig nachzugeben oder zusammengedrückt zu werden. Gerade diese Stabilität macht es für mich besonders komfortabel und praktisch im Alltag.

Insgesamt ein hochwertiges Stillkissen mit kuschelig weichem Bezug und hervorragendem Halt – ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen. 😊

AWFUL

AWFUL. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I received a gift card here. They charge a lot for restocking and when they sent me the wrong sizes. Then it took 20 days for me to get a refund of my gift card and my package was lost. Their customer service emails do not work and they are just overall awful to deal with.

A Motherhood gift card is a waste of money

I ordered a gift card for a relative based on past shopping at a Motherhood store. When I checked their web site, I was surprised to find very few items for sale. No bras, no underwear, no pajamas or robes, and no nursing shirts. When I emailed Motherhood to try to cancel the gift card, they refused and told me the Amazon Motherhood site had a bigger selection. My relative checked it out, but the Amazon site does not accept the gift card!! Absolute waste of money.

Quality in the trash

After years of buying from this company they showed their true colors when I ordered myself the 12th identical bra and bra size I've always gotten and it came 2" smaller and they wouldn't refund me or make it right in any way. I won't be buying another thing from this company. I'll miss my old bra because it's the only one I ever used.

If possible I would give 0 stars. My order to Canada was billed, shipped via fed ex and returned to sender the following day without leaving new Jersey.
Nothing received, I believe this to be fraudulent.

Motherhood (Maternity) returns are terrible.

Motherhood (Maternity) has cute clothes and such. However, their return policy is awful! I ordered a large amount of maternity clothes from them. Since I placed two orders including one item from a dropship partner, my return fees were $15 PER ORDER and another $15 for the one item. I also had to call in to handle the return.
Fortunately, they waived one fee, but I was still left with a cost of $30 to return items from this large order. I knew I'd have to do some returns, since ordering clothes online was tricky. HOWEVER, the website for returns is not clear about this.
> We charge a $10 return shipping fee on express returns for a refund, and $15 on mailback returns for a refund.
What is an 'express return'? In this case, it means driving like 20 mins to return the item at Staples. Also, nowhere does it mention a separate fee for dropship items. I figured I could handle $10 for such a larger order (and charging a bit for return shipping is not unheard of) but had no idea the total fee could be $45.

100% will never shop with this store again, unless perhaps I know the item won't need a return. Fortunately, maternity clothing is not something you need forever. However, I also won't order postpartum there either.

Buyer Beware on Returns

So, without any stores where you can go and try on the clothes, Motherhood has moved their operation completely online.... and is charging $15 per return. I was shocked when I went to return some items that didn't fit and realized the fee. Called customer service and there's no other option if you want to return the items. I will never shop here again -- I'll go with other retailers who process returns for free.

The worst retail company ever encountered

I really wish I had read the reviews for this company before ordering. As a first time mum-to-be I was so excited about buying my maternity clothes. I spent $340 with this company and paid additional for their premium delivery service to ensure my clothes arrived before my trip home to the United Kingdom to see my family before the arrival of my baby. 5 days later and the clothes haven't even been despatched. The customer service team is terrible and they have said that they are not willing to cancel the order (even though it hasn't been shipped) or provide me with a refund. I am now $340 out of pocket and have no clothes at all that fit me for my trip home. They have taken no responsibility for the situation and show no remorse whatsoever. By far the worst retail company I have ever encountered.

Scammy

Furious at myself for not checking reviews first. But the previous reviews say it all. This company looks like a scam, money has been taken and no updates at all.

DO NOT throw your money into this s**tty website regardless of where you are from, they do not respond to emails and you will not get any updates.

Ordered on 20th April - says I will get an email with tracking link in 1 Business day - 9 days later I have £100 less, a wife who is expecting a baby in 3 months and no sign of an update from this scam of a site.

I paid $30 for express shipping so my granddaughter could have her dress on time for her baby shower which is April 2nd. My receipt stated arrive within 1 business day. I ordered the dress on march 30 2022 and nothing was received on march 31st. I checked the shopify app on april 1st for UPS tracking and it said waiting for updates from motherhood store. The dress was not even shipped out!!!! I was very upset. Called customer service stating i need the dress today. She said she would check with shipping, but highly doubted I would get the dress by April 2nd. I paid $30 for shipping. Unbelievable. I finally got a UPS tracking number, but the dress is not going to be delivered until April 4th. My granddaughter went to TJ Maxx to get a dress. I am so disappointed and angry. I will call customer service again to get my $30 refunded. I would give zero stars.

Poor awful customer service.

Placed my second order with this company. Less than an hour of placing my order, I noticed the fabric was fleece. I called to cancel. Was told order was already processed and not refundable. Talked down to and basically didn’t care. Look, my order had not been shipped and rep could have cancelled. Will never order here again. Poor service.

Multiple orders lost

Multiple orders lost, no response from customer service, basically theft at this point. The clothes I did receive haven't lasted. After one wash a shirt lost it's threading, the sweater looks old and pilled, and the colors on everything have faded.

I have been trying to reach anyone with…

I have been trying to reach anyone with customer service for days and days now. They listed something on sale. Then I sent the link to the item to my husband who ended up paying full price for it.

Luckily he noticed and we've both reached out multiple times to see if we can cancel the order or at least have them honor the sale price. We have not received an email back from anyone nor has anyone acknowledged our issue whatsoever. This website is scamming people if they're going to list something as a sale item and then charge more than double to someone else the very same day the have the item listed on sale.

Please don't trust this store. This is just a huge disappointment.

Lost/ Stolen Package

My package was stolen, it was shipped on the 19th of August 2021, I contacted the company and they told me to wait until the 9th of September to contact them again. I have send there emails after such date and they have not responded.

Worst customer experience ever!!! My wife was most disappointed, we are expecting soon and I wanted to surprise her.

Suggested I steal from somones mailbox!

I had a terrible expirience with customer service. When my package was sent to the wrong address they suggested that I tracknit and steal it from someones house/mail box. I asked for a refund and they said no, and I also asked to have the items resent to me and they said no. Without the items I could not return them so they basically stole my money and said their hands were tied. I will never shop with them again.

Never had such a worst online purchase experience. They don't entertain any changes to the order even with in one minute of placing the order. All you can do is wait for the product to be shipped to you then request for return, which costs $9.95. They must be making money on returns. Quality of the garments sold are real bad, does not meet size chart. Don't get fooled by 80-90% discounts. you'll regret
