The staff and the owner are all passionate about what they do and very transparent when they give product information. Recently we purchased Parani M10 blu tooth devices from the store and overall experience was just outstanding. They not only gave all technical details but also neatly installed devices on our helmets with small charge. Post installation, they tested devices and when they found issue with one device, they promptly replaced on the spot. Also after a day of use, I had some issue with one device, they promptly requested me to send it over so that they can help me with firmware update and also send it back via Dunzo. All through process, they kept me updated with progress on WhatsApp. This is the only store i found executing 2 years warrenty with such a personalized effort.
