A fantastic dealer l have bought many bikes in the past but this company is by far outstanding Leo the sales guy and Olly the delivery guy was outstanding and a great asset to the company first class service

I wanted to sell my Honda CBR 600RR due to being out of the country more often. Called and spoke with Scott. Sent photographs and gave details of the bike. Super straight forward trade valuation. Then arranged a day which suited me to collect the bike from my home. The Driver Olly was running late at no fault of his own but instead of abandoning till another day, still came to collect at 20:30 at night - was a great guy! Payment sent next morning.

Viewed the bike at the showroom with Doug (Sales guy). He had the bike ready in an accessible area so I could give it a good thorough look over. After a very quick negotiation regarding upcoming service, I put the money down and less than 2 weeks later have just taken delivery. Fresh MOT, and its big service completed, as negotiated. Thanks Doug!
There was a slight issue during the 2 weeks between viewing and delivery regarding payment method, but spoke to a manager named Ben at the store and he sorted it out no problem. Much appreciated Ben! Lifesaver.
Today they estimated delivery to be around midday, and at 11am I received a call from Ollie saying he was roughly an hour away. He arrived bang on time, and unloaded the bike for me, great guy, very knowledgeable and helpful. Payment went through fine and after couple of signatures later and a quick review of the service elements to confirm all was as expected, the deal was done.

All through its been a sterling service from everyone involved. I cant recommend enough.

Took delivery of a motorbike for my son today. Olly delivered the bike in good condition. I asked him to start the bike and explain how a manual choke worked. He showed me and I was happy to find out it works just like my old cars did. I can now show my son as he has only ever had auto chokes. The bike looks really nice and in good clean condition.
