MotorCrate Avis 64

Bought 2 pop up cards from them. 1 arrived. The other hasn’t and is now nearly 3 weeks. No answer in emails or phone. Clearly this company is untrustworthy.

Ordered a lamp and it arrived ok (it was a week late) but all of a sudden they have taken an additional £24 taken from my Credit Card without my permission 2 weeks later!

I contacted my bank as they said its a monthly subscription of some sort (I only bought 1 item from them and did not sign up to anything!). The original price of item was £35. Not ordering from here again. I have tried to contact them numerous times and have received no response.

UPDATE 21/05/24: I put a stop to them trying to charge me again and they have had the audacity to try and charge me again under another company name being 'MFPROS'. I've cancelled my card now. Please avoid MOTORCRATE like the plague...

Ordered a mini trimmer . Eventually arrived and is not fit for purpose .
Cover company for Sheer Trends .
Tried to take a monthly payment which wasn’t agreed upon .
The Trimmer was £19.99 apparently down from £49.00 .
Payment taken in dollars .
Made in China but product distributed from New Jersey .
No invoice received either .
Stop your bank card !!!!

Item not received.
Promised delivery in 3 days.
Two weeks in now and no receipt or reply.
Item comes from China it appears.
Several emails and no reply
Scammers! Avoid

Do not use this company, they are a scam. They charge your card and then disappear, email comes back saying undeliverable, and customer service can't assist.

Just had my card cloned as a result of trying to buy from here.

SCAM WEBSITE - Do not use!
I paid for an item which I did not receive and then my payment card suddenly started showing purchases that were not mine, I had to report this as fraud. My payment card had clearly been scammed,

I bought a set of knives, at check out it gave me a price off 84.97, but they charge you 106.74. Cancel order straight away. stay away from this site.

I have this evening bought a blood pressure and heart rate monitor watch from this company. Now worried after reading reviews, especially about the possibility of them trying to take money from my account.
They haven’t sent me a confirmation email.
Not sure what to do!

Purchased the pop up paper flowers. Product received was crap. Received an email after placing the order on a UK site saying "there are problems with UK storage and we ship from abroad". Transaction from my bank account was paid to orfnatrendyshop.com which is clearly not motorcrate. Total scam and they have attempted to take more money from my bank account today. DO NOT PURCHASE THE PAPER FLOWERS FROM MOTORCRATE IT IS A SCAM!

Motor crate is a great monthly product for car detailers who want to explore a wide range of brands without paying for loads of delivery charges.

Signed up late 2022 and received a few Motorcrate deliveries, they always arrived in perfect condition and on time, tracking references were available on every delivery and the customer service is bar far impeccable. Massive thank you to Elliott for his support and great customer service, his friendly manner and welcoming attitude makes me as a customer feel valued. Past few deliveries have included some really interesting items all Motor themed which I won’t spoil until you sign up. The products vary and are of great value, and some of which are really well known names when it comes to car detailing. It’s well worth the investment and will happily continue buying from Motorcrate.

A great subscription service offering a high quality / diverse range of products. Excellent packaging and delivery. Looking forward to receiving the next box.

Great experience with the crate and loved the mystery of what you’re going to receive. Everything in the box was high quality and smells amazing. Would recommend anyone whose into cars or bikes to subscribe, well worth it.

Best experience ever with a company.
I ordered my crate a day late and Jonathan emailed me asking if I wanted a previous crate in the meantime so I didn't have to wait as long.
So happy with all the products and definitely worth the price for all the products inside!

Best customer service experience I have ever had, Johnathan was able to sort out my issue and keep me updated while I am stuck abroad to make sure my packages still make it to a safe location for my return

Received my third box and I am really pleased with the contents this time. A great selection. I have used the detailing products and have been really impressed with the quality of them - they have been worth the cost on their own. And the surprise items like branded bottle openers and coasters are of high quality and I will be putting them to practical use.
I’m looking forward to the next box. As a monthly treat for myself I am very glad I chose MotorCrate
