We had a great service form start to finish with Clare at Motorhome Marketplace. She was very professional and honest with her advice. She advised us last Feb was the busiest month to sell a motorhome so end of Jan we put ours on and sold ours within a couple of weeks. We also got a great price so would definitely use again should the need arise.

the moment we made the first call to Chris Byers in Scotland we felt at ease.
This is the first time we have purchased a vehicle blind we normally like to look and touch the van but after looking at the pictures and having 3 video calls we new this was the van for us.nothing was to much trouble.
Chris arranged a price for delivery that was very fair.
On the day of pickup he video called us again,with another walk around and inside, introduced us to the driver who also kept us informed of his journey.

The video was useful and Chris helped us to purchase, tax and warranty the vehicle after making sure that everything was in working order and we were happy with our purchase. He gave lots of useful advice and a lift from the railway station.

After a few months of trying to sell our motorhome with lots of time wasters, Chris had it sold in a few weeks. He really went above and beyond. The sevice he provides protects both the buyer and seller. We can't recommend Chris highly enough.

Our experience with this company was excellent this was down to Chris Byers. We had one motorhome in mind to view and we met Chris at the sellers house. From the moment we arrived you got a very welcoming feeling and down to business. Chris took time to show and explain everything on the MH and in total we spent 3 hours with him on the first day and that was without a sale. Shortly after meeting we told him we wanted to buy the MH. On pick up day Chris spent another 3 hours explaining and demonstrating how everything worked and also explained till we were happy no money changes hands to the owner.
I would never have thought on using a company like this to purchase a MH but I can thoroughly recommend this company and the way business is done. In addition you get 14 days free insurance , leaving you time to shop about and you also get 1years warranty cover with the options of extending it.

It took a bit longer to sell than I had oringinally envisaged but Chris stuck with us and we got it sold to a lovely couple from Inverness who I’m sure will have many enjoyable trips away as we did. In this day and age who can you trust? I have to say that I wasn’t sure about Chris at first. However once he made it clear that if he didn’t sell my motor home then I didn’t have to pay a penny, I thought what the hell I’ll give him a try.
Best decision ever. Within24 hrs he had a viewer lined up through his Facebook followers. Chris organised everything from the viewing straight through to the sale. I felt looked after and I was also very impressed with the care he took with the buyer. When I bought my Bailey new from Knowepark it was thrown at me and I had to find out many of the heating functions and general maintenance on my own. He took such time and care explaining everything to the buyer that I actually learned one or two things after owning it for ten years😉

We saw a motorhome via Motorhome Marketplace that we wanted up near Aberdeen in Scotland. We contacted Chris at MM with some queries and he came back right away. We then arranged to fly over from Ireland taking a few days to view the van, check it over then drive it back to the ferry. Chris was excellent the whole time. Picking us up from our Aberdeen hotel to view the van on the Tuesday, then again to go up to complete the purchase the following day. Chris arranged a drive out with the owner, had all appliance, gas and water set up and running to demonstrate, and allowed me ample time to view the home inside and out. He explained the process thoroughly and went through all the paperwork. This was very reassuring and I would have no hesitation buying from Motorhome Marketplace again, and using Chris for the sale. In follow up, the day after we got back, Chris sent through all necessary paperwork including the warranty details and receipts.

I am so pleased we used Motorhome Market Place to sell our Motorhome. Richard Bevan, our broker, was a breath of fresh air. He took away all the pressure from dealing with potential buyers. He gave us good advice regarding the value of the Motorhome and advised us on a realistic selling price.
It was a very smooth transaction with no complications at all. We were kept up to date all through the process.
Why would you not use this company. It's a no brainer.
