I had not had any luck selling my motorhome privately so decided to use motorhome marketplace
Rupert was excellent from the very beginning of the process. Very professional and made us feel at ease
He took photos and a video of the motorhome and promoted it for us. We had a buyer yesterday and the process with Rupert taking charge of this was very smooth.

Chris kept us up to date with any interest that was shown in our motorhome, but never built up our hopes that a sale was immenant until our buyer was ready to put a solid offer in place.I believe he is a fair person and does not treat the buyer or seller differently, He gave us good advice on on.how to present the van for the viewing we had and I believe this aided with the sale of the van.

Extremely professional and knew the sector well. Came to my address explained everything took photos of the van and then went away to get the listing up.

Kept in contact throughout and matched me with a buyer in a matter of weeks.

Richard handled the discussions with the buyer and then brought him to my house to view.

Once all parties were happy payment was instant, I was left with my van sold for the price we had agreed at the start and the buyer extremely happy with his purchase.

This review was due several weeks ago and is entirely our fault for not posting. Chris has been a total asset to us while looking for and at Motorhomes. We eventually concluded on a 2020 Swift Kon-tiki 597 sport and it is exactly as he described it on the tin. His very careful attention to detail was so very reassuring as a buyer spending significant volumes of hard earned and likewise he looks after his clients selling their vehicles with the same care. We had questions and challanges and he rose to meet them all. His after sales service is invaluable and yes no surprise he has his own motorhome. Buy with confidence as during out time in the process, he turned down a client's van for sale as it was not as stated. If you find a better more on it person to buy from, please post it here I am sure Chris would like to meet them. Oh well off an another wee adventure.

i was a bit unsure about buying a van that i had not seen,as it was 400 miles away from me.so many scammers about,i did a few checks and went ahead,Chris was brilliant,gave a good honest discription,always answered calls and e-mails,even picket me up from train station,he done all the paper work,even after i had viewed the van,i could have still pulled out with no cost to myself,but the van was just as described,so i agreed sale and drove 400 miles home,if i could more stars i would,CHRIS IS A 1 !!!!!!!

Clive is the man! We sold our fairly aged camper van (not that old, about 20 years old but in good nick and low mileage) through him and he took all of the stress out of the process. Great service provided by Rupert the agent for the South West. A thoroughly professional service. Rupert gave a price he suggested would be realistic for our motorhome which was inline with my expectations.
