Lee the salesperson was excellent throughout the process. I couldn’t fault his professionalism and commitment. It would have been 5 stars but I dropped one star as the PDI could have been better. Externally it was flawless but internally it would have benefitted from another 10 minutes with the hoover.

Excellent part exchange valuation, professional and courteous staff from the initial call to picking up my purchased vehicle. This is the first time I have purchased through Motorpoint… very happy with the service I received. We needed to downsides our car as needs had changed. Jack our sales assistant from motorpoint helped us, looked at all our options and a car that my husband could easily get in and out of. If you looking to buy a car on finance I would highly recommend , I was met by Kate Smith on arrival.
What a lovely lass , very knowledgeable so friendly and really put me at ease ,Kate was able to show me cars in my prixe range , sorted my finance at not at any stage did I feel uncomfortable,even took me out for a test drive there wasn't anything that wasn't to much trouble , I drove away with my new car in days.

Collection of my car was very smooth and the customer service provided by the agent was superb. She put in a call to me the day before the collection to check that all is in order. Just purchased and collected my third car from motorpoint Birtley. All of the staff are extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. There are a great variety of vehicles on display all at very competitive prices.
I received excellent service from Amanda from my initial enquiry through to collection of my car. Highly recommended and I will no doubt return in the future to upgrade my car.

Wasn't shown around the vehicle correctly or shown how to use the incar entertainment system, ie folding mirrors,phone connections etc.. damage to the rear seats after taking parcel shelf out. Just not a very good handover. "Rushed"
