Had an appointment for 12 o’clock had to go up to reception twice to ask what was keeping them finally a boy called jack came over at 12.42pm said the other person got held up which they could have told me instead of making me wait so long anyway once jack dealt with me every thing was fine did try to get some free alloy wheel cover for my inconvenience but no luck

Amazing experience getting my first…
Amazing experience getting my first used car. Service from Rebecca was first class. Hassle free getting car tranferred up from England and it was in excellent, freshly valeted condition when I took it for a quick test drive. 5 stars all round.

This process was simple, pick a car you like and make the call. My contact at mororpoint was Paul Horsley, he was informative, patient and talked me through all the different options available. Any questions or concerns we had Paul was always there. On arrival at Glascow, I was met with a young gentleman called Josh, again, patient and kind with a good sense of humor. Josh done all the neccassary paperwork and I was on my way.

Mitchell hobson sales man at the Glasgow store. Informed me at my purchase that " he was throwing in car mats" as part of the deal, I did not ask for these and did not want these. However, as a free gift I accepted. Only to find out on the sales invoice I have been charged 99 pounds for these !! I am raising a complaint for thos fraudulent sale.

Make sure the car is correct for you before you purchase
I Purchased the car then found out i had made a mistake as my wife was not comfortable driving the car to dificult to get in and out to much Tech lack of manual controls.Also felt the build quality was not as good as my previous cars as on the occasions within a week of ownership the car infotainment seystem switched back to chinese three times in seven days ownership. No confidence with this car. Motorpoint were great and very understanding with the situation i was in and agreed to purchase the car back from me as i was still within the cooling off period with the finance company. The Sales Rep Jonathan Mcginty was very pleasent and helpfull throughout.

It’s just always the ease of the whole thing! No pressure to purchase just helpful, really fair trade-in price, and happy to send the new car back for a wee bit of extra cleaning at pick up.
All staff dealt with were very accommodating and pleasant (Hugh, Daniella and Jade).
