The sale consultant was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and charming.
He understood our concerns and reassured us of purchasing a vehicle with the company and its benefits.
He answered all our questions without hesitation and confidently. which I found entirely encouraging
He made us feel that the company would be able to deal with any queries or future issues.

Good service. Excellent selection of cars
Was helpful in finding me a car which met my requirements regarding budget. Kept me fully informed over how long delivery would take and when finance had been agreed.
Unfortunately in collection I wasn’t overally happy with how the car had been valeted and was not very clean.

I’ve Dealt with Motorpoint many years now, and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Between myself and my family we’ve bought 6 different cars and never had any issues.all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The young salesman who sorted my order was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Everything was very well organised from my initial enquiry to viewing and purchase. The lady at Ipswich branch was very friendly. Went for a good test drive and on deciding to purchase the vehicle all the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. Overall the experience was excellent and all of the staff were very professional.
