From start to finish Motorpoint made choosing and buying a car so easy. From the moment you walk through the doors at Ipswich greeted by receptionist asking if we wanted a tea/coffee, manager said hello as he saw us looking around the cars in the carpark. Cameron the sales assistant was fantastic, polite, honest, very helpful, such a pleasure to meet and do business with. I purchased a car and so did my parents, both from Cameron. Excellent service from all members of staff. If you are looking to purchase a car I recommend Motorpoint as your very first option as you will not need to look any further.

The young man who dealt with our part exchange and purchase was very professional and calm. We had a few problems with the service history of our vehicle which was solved amicably. We were happy with settlement of our PCP agreement. We did not feel pressured into buying extra products associated with the purchase. Overall, all the staff at the showroom were very friendly and helpful.
