Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. I initially reserved a car but then decided I preferred a different model spec. The guys at Motorpoint were more than happy to change the car without any penalty. On the day of the collection, the car was presented in immaculate condition and the exchange was a breeze. Can’t fault them. Will use Motorpoint again.

Dont sell your car to them with a remaining finance with it. Awful customer experience, they never reply to email after enquiry few times and if you phone them, the agents are very rude too.

Motor point has excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, We had visited a few different car sales and were shocked by how we were treated- especially when we were the ones spending the money! Motorpoint gave us exactly what we were looking for.

Highly Recommended
This 5 star rating doesn’t give it justice for the experience with Motorpoint. Bought a brand new BMW 3 series and has given me no problems whatsoever and the customer service is simply exceptional. I would highly recommend getting your car from them. Great People down at Maidstone too.

Good service & pleased with new car
