It’s an ok website
It’s an ok website, not particularly good, but it’s not poor at all means either. It’s about average. Like the jaguar f pace s. It’s sportier than the acura mdx, but not as sporty as the Porsche Cayenne. Anyway, the reason I rate it a tad bit lower than edmunds and car and driver is because they don’t really organize their reviews as well, and they can say some harsh stuff from time to time. Here’s a good example: 2019 Porsche Macan review: “The Macan S exhibits razor-sharp precision in the city, on the highway, and on the track, but not as much in the parking lot. At very low speeds, the steering becomes heavy and stiff to an uncomfortable point, and you really have to press on the accelerator to get it going. It almost feels like you forgot to disengage the parking brake.’’ Read that last line again: “it almost feels like you forgot to disengage the parking break.” I mean, come on, can you really say that about a Porsche?!?! Come on, motortrend. You don’t need to go that far. Forgot to disengage the parking break? I mean, cut it some slack! Jesus Christ! Another example: “ In areas other than performance, the Macan S doesn't lead the pack. Inside the cabin, you'll find comfortable leather seats and a responsive touchscreen, but many parts of the dash feel hard and less than premium in our $74,650 tester.” Many parts of the dasher feel hard! You have got to be kidding me, motortrend! You’re dissing a car from a brand that is well known for its quality. It’s not terrible, though. Just a few things I wanted to point out. Overall, DECENT website. Could use a few pointers here and there, however. :)
