Worst service ever. I have been calling to get my refund for the reservation I made only to be told that the car was not yet ready when I went to view. They are scammers and should not be trust at all

Avoid at all costs I didn’t even want to give one star. biggest scamming company in the uk. Picked a car up from here end on December and within a week it has majour transmission issues, faulty gear box a bad knocking noise from drivers side and the engine was tapping loudly.i notified the dealer CALLED ALI who has been an absolute pleb to deal with. He gave the warranty company false details for myself its a good job I called them myself as it’s them who told me he gave false details to them so the warranty wasn’t even active. we could not find any garage to repair the car as it was such a big job and very expensive and the warranty amount he put down would not cover the costs. When I rang Ali to ask for him to repair the car he lied over the phone saying he wasn’t Ali until I confronted him.. embarrassing! Then refused to repair the car although it’s still under warranty and I notified him of the problems within a week of collecting the car. Now he doesn’t like to respond as he is a scamming little rat. Luckily I have all evidence even recorded phone calls with Ali. The broker has decided to act on it due to me speaking to trading standards. Keep away from this company it’s a massive scam! He doesn’t show you a round the car and doesn’t allow test drives he also charges you £100 on collection for warranty cover absolute joke of a company. Still trading under motor zone Peterborough website is called motor zone Peterborough yet that company was dissolved over a year ago!

Two weeks after i should have had my refund, still nothing, don't respond to my messages. I initially reserved by Autotrader but then they made me cancel the Autotrader reservation directly, that should have been a red flag. Now almost 2 months since I should have had my refund (which they said they were processing in writing, I have proof) and they are refusing to respond to my messages. They have only contacted me once which was only when they saw a negative (but 100% honest review) that I have left of my experience and told me, via whatsapp, that they would only refund me once I took the review down!!!! Absolutely unbelievable. Fortunately I kept a screenshot as I soon as I challenged them on this, they deleted all their messages! BEWARE IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GIVING THEM MONEY.
