Had my first experience with this garage yesterday and really happy. All the staff were friendly, prompt service and communication, didn’t cost half what I was expecting and my car runs so much smoother. Very happy and will be returning when I next need a professional to look at the car. Thank you ☺️

TLDR; Overall a good experience. Got the car in for service and MOT at a much shorter notice than 90% of garages near me while also offering one of the best prices. Friednly staff.

Had my car serviced recently with them for a good price. Upon completion they spotted a couple of major faults that would fail an MOT on the car. So a week later I had the repairs followed by an MOT as they had a fair availability at a reletively short notice.

They had an issue during the repair which meant my car was left stuck on the ramp until they could get a new part. This was communicated to me immediately. Once the part finally arrived from Nissan they fixed the car are managed to fit in the MOT afterwards without me having to re-book it.

It then failed it's MOT due to 1 of the lights but they were happy the replace the broken bulb and retest all in the same day as the repair + first MOT.

I was expecting quite a hefty bill due to the car being stuck meaning they were 1 ramp down for a while but I was pleasently suprised when the final bill was only increased by the cost of the extra part + bulb. No extra labour was charged!

Jack was the fella I had been dealing with both in-person and over the phone and he did a great job of providing me with all the information that I needed. He was also very well mannered when talking to me.

The only thing that maybe improved from my experience is that there was a couple of times where I had to ring to get an update on the incoming part which was delayed. It would have been nice to have been informed without having to ask, but that is a minor gripe.

Bad place to go never again car still not working and very rude

I bought a car from Moulton motor sales and I’ve had non-stop issues from around three weeks after buying the car that was being fixed by Moulton main garage I was told again and again that the car would be fixed. I would take it home and within hours,day or max 2 weeks the car would present with the same problems and same warning lights would come on I was told it was one issue to another issue and it was just never fixed to the point that my engine ended up blowing. the car then went back and they claimed they had fixed it Each time taking longer and longer with my car to the point that the last time they had my car for five months and still hadn’t fixed my car for me to have to take it to another garage to be diagnosed with a DPF issue which I said was the problem in the first place The worst garage I’ve ever been to. The attitude from the Staff on the phone or office mainly jack is absolutely appalling. I’ve had one meeting with the director which I was told owned the property of Moulton main garage have asked for several other meetings with him which I’ve all been declined. I didn’t even wanna give it a one star, but as there’s no option to give zero stars, I’ve had to give it a one.
