Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.
Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

Bought a Rukka Protect overall for my poorly dog as he is chewing out his fur due to illness. What an excellent bit of kit. Brilliantly made, quite expensive but well worth it and will probably purchase another and has done the job.

The company could not have been more helpful when we had sizing and design issues buying an winter coat.

Price is matched with the quality
I have bought from this company twice the first time a gentleman I think his name was Paul helped me over the phone we were trying to size a dog jacket very difficult over the phone . I find the quality products matched the price I payed . I find you pay a little extra BUT YOU GET THE SERVICE. for me I am happy to pay a little more for quality service .
I wish that thier were more companies with customer service like this.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. I bought the wrong size and exchanged for a new one, sent everything over but forgot to put return slip in so decided to call them. They picked up the phone super quick but they had by then fixed the problem with the missing document.

Top notch customer service
I had been trawling the internet looking for a waterproof coat for my Black Labrador. On placing the order with Mountain Dog, i realised i had incorrectly entered the delivery address. On emailing the team, i had a response within minutes which is unheard of these days. The coat is high quality and fits perfectly. Would definitely use again and would recommend without a second thought. Many thanks for all your assistance. Definately 5 stars

Fantastic products and a super fast service, ordered my dog a new harness and I'm not disappointed, I couldn't believe how little my dog was pulling compared to his old harness but after a week I'm convinced it's definitely reduced his pulling by about 90%

My order arrived quickly and the toys are just as ordered on the website.
The kong dinosaur however has small leatherette type parts on its back, and my staffy had those off in seconds. These type of Kong toys don’t seem to be quite as indestructible as they make out. However the King mega rope is still in damaged at this point so that’s good.
That is nothing against Mountain Dog of course, I found their service and pricing to be very good. Thank you from me and my pupper
