Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.
Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Staff very friendly and helpful
Staff very friendly and helpful. The two harnesses we bought for our rescue Chihuahuas are fantastic, (Ruffwear XXS). They fit so well compared to what we had. It’s a shame they don’t do a colour coordinated lead to go with them that is suitable for a small dog. I bought what was recommended which is a perfect lead for a very small dog, just the colour choices don’t go with the beautiful colour of the harnesses which is a shame. Maybe it’s something the manufacturer should think about if they sell such a small harness. If they bring out the leads in the colour of the harnesses that we bought could you please contact me so I can buy them.

Good company to deal with, prices a little high for me to be honest but always good quality equipment .
I would shop here more if prices were a little lower.

Dog ramp for car
Ordered a dog ramp for my arthritic labrador - came exactly as described light weight easy to use and with a non slip surface. She took to it straight away and I'm so glad she no longer aggravates her condition by having to jump in and out of the car. Great service - kept up-to-date with delivery status . Great communication.

A great range of products to choose from and reasonable prices. Quick delivery of a DNA multi way lead. The lead is wider than I realised but still fine and well made. Definitely recommend.
