Hour on the phone FaceTime the whole place, movers showed up double the estimate. Manager hung up twice and refused refund. Do not use these people! Needless to say we will sue

Best moving company I have ever used, and this was going across the country. They moved me from California to Arizona for work. I have a lot of glass and mirrored furniture and everything made it safely without a scratch. I packed up all my things by myself and bubble wrapped the big pieces of furniture that I was concerned might break or crack but they the team went even further and wrapped them in more cardboard and moving blankets just to be safe. Amazing service, really nice guys, and would definitely use them again!

I have used Move Central twice already and these guys are as good as it gets. The crews were different both times but these guys get after it and don’t show up to chew up the clock and charge you more.
For the move I packed up my stuff in my apartment, they rolled in with their dollies, and we were out in about 90 minutes. We got to the house and they were very careful with my stuff and helped me set those boxes up where they needed to go.
The second time I used them, they helped me unload a shipping container with the furniture in my house. Once again these guys came ready and energized to help me get the container back on the road to avoid additional charges.
With their work ethic and attitude of creating a satisfied customer, I got my furniture off the container and 75% setup in my house in under 2 hours total. Highly recommended!

I had a great moving experience with this company. Can’t say enough about how great these guys were. They did everything right.
Prompt quote, called to confirm date and time, the movers arrived early, no extra fees for an upright piano, putting things on the second floor, being and inside unit, truck mileage, or plastic wrap. The three movers were dedicated, professional, and fast. Everything was packed quickly and efficiently. Nothing broke in transit. They were incredibly careful with our belongings and the house.
This was far and away the best moving experience I have ever had.

I used Move Central to move yesterday and there were absolutely fantastic. My moving situation changed and got complicated after I originally set things up with them, but they were totally flexible and didn’t give me any grief about it - which I really appreciated. They also didn’t charge me any extra fees for changing the destination of my move and waiting till literally the day before to decide if I was going to use them or cancel.
Kameron and Ryan did the move and they were professional, careful, efficient, quick, clean, and overall just fantastic. I couldn’t have been happier and would definitely use them again!

Absolute professionals - we had a lot of difficult furniture to move down a 3rd floor walk up, and these guys were very skilled, quick, respectful, and successfully got everything down those precarious stairs and into our new home without any damage.
The team was extremely responsive and offered excellent customer service. They delivered materials ahead of time, for us to use while we packed, and didn’t charge us for the material we ended up not needing/not using. Finally, they quoted us an extremely fair price and the final price was right on target with the quote.

The company that inspired me to write the first review. Move Central exceeded my expectations with the moving process in every way.
I submitted the online Estimate Form via this company’s website and received a detailed email back from Alexander within an hour. He was very transparent with the pricing structure rate. His professionalism and prompt responses swayed me back in their favor and convinced me to schedule the movers. As I was moving from a fourth floor one bedroom apartment to a first floor one bedroom apartment about 25 minutes away. Best decision I could have made.
On moving day, the movers showed up promptly and began moving right away. They dealt with me and one another politely, professionally, and efficiently. I couldn’t believe how quickly they wrapped the furniture and moved my boxes down three flights of stairs into the truck. The truck was full and ready to move within two hours. At the new apartment, they were sure to ask questions while unloading to ensure furniture was in the appropriate spots, and were happy to make adjustments as requested.
This was my first experience with a moving company, and I would absolutely recommend them for a calm and efficient moving process.

My move was easy and painless with Move Central. Excellent communication with the office team. I had my date and time booked, cost info, and a confirmation email with the contact details for the movers. They even sent me some helpful reminders about where/how to print and post signs for the street. The team was on time, moved quickly and efficiently, and they were so gentle with my stuff! Even little things I’d packed in grocery bags and figured I would move in a car later - they gently loaded all that into the truck and it all survived the move. Thank you so much!

We had previously used Move Central for two movers within San Diego area and had been highly pleased with their service on both occasions. They brought the same professionalism and efficiency to our cross-country move from San Diego to Sacramento.
To start, Sal was incredibly easy to work with to get the move quoted and organized.
On the day of the load in San Diego, they sent a four-man crew, each of whom made it a point to introduce himself and get a run-down on all the key items. The crew worked very efficiently and finished the load for our three-bedroom, 2000 sq ft home in about two hours. They showed great care and attention to detail throughout. No dings or scratches on any items or walls.
After the load was complete, one member of the crew drove the truck to Sacramento. There they unloaded the truck quickly and did a great job.
Our only regret in making this move with this company is that we have moved out of the area and won’t get to use them for our next move.

No questions; these guys are a great deal and their service is great! Just got done with a complicated move. Move Central made a difficult move as seamless and worry-free as possible. Alexander provided me with a quote, which was very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes we had received. He assured me that this was the final price and there would be no surprises - and indeed, there were no surprises, no hidden fees. The price was the price. They were also very flexible considering that I only gave them 4 business days’ notice for this complex move before I actually booked them. The 2 days of moving went very smoothly - Juan, Mark, Samuel and Tyson were great. Very professional, great communication, great packing, very flexible and patient with requests. They arrived on time each and every time and got the job done in the amount of time they had estimated.

On Saturday Oct 17, this crew moved my 2BR household from San Diego to Bay Area. They called 15 minutes before they arrived, and were quick, careful, and professional. They made quick work of getting my furniture and boxes down to their truck. I was truly impressed with how quickly and efficiently they worked! All in all, they did a fantastic job.
For anyone out there looking to move, I have a few recommendations:
Start early, budget for packing supplies, expect the move will take at least an hour longer than you think it will, and hire More Central!

We recently used them for both packing and moving services. Based on my moving needs they sent 3 movers: Tristan, Ronario and Sasho. The guys came ready to work. All furniture was moved to my townhouse with professionalism and tact. Yes; they wrap up our furniture and Yes; I felt that I made the right choice. I have 6 different levels of stairs and they made it seem like it was nothing. These guys didn’t half step nor complain they just simply got the job done. There aren’t enough good things I can say. The communication on the front end was responsive. Their quote was a little higher than others but I selected them due to their professional communication and follow up in the quoting process (that was important to me). They are extremely considerate and their main priority is to make the move for the customer as stress free as possible. I recently moved from a condo to a townhouse, and the experience was much more pleasurable than it could have been thanks to Move Central.
I received an estimate within minutes, with an explanation of the process and what to expect. You don’t have a lot of companies doing this nowadays.
On the day of the move, the movers were on time, ready to work with all required equipment and materials. They were enthusiastic and accommodating, very respectful and careful with my belongings. No damages at all, and that’s all thanks to them. The move went really well, and it was very efficient. The transaction went very smoothly.

The in-house staff provided us with a very fair estimate and were quite courteous, it is clear they take the needs of their clients to heart. The employees were helpful and attentive. The staff of movers sent on the day of our move arrived promptly in San Diego and were able to quickly asses each item and package all large furniture pieces very well. Their speed and accuracy were astounding with their pleasant and professional demeanor an added bonus. We were quite apprehensive having several pricier furniture pieces to be moved up several flights of stairs however they were impressively careful, diligent and quick.

The moving team showed up exactly when scheduled and moved my belongings from one location in San Diego and a storage unit in Escondido to my apartment in Lakeside.
