Stress Free Experience
We needed all our furniture removed as we were having our floors sanded. We contacted MoveStore who were very quick to respond and provided clear instructions about the process .On the day, the 3 hardworking, polite young men who packed away our belongings were extremely careful and efficient when handling our belongings. Nothing was too much trouble for them. When our belongings were returned a week later, the same professionalism was evident. I would highly recommend MoveStore.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. James and Cameron were great during the initial consultation and quote, kept in contact and kept us updated. On moving day, the team were amazing and went above and beyond. The lead mover, Andy, was an absolute legend. He went above and beyond helping my mom get all her furniture moved from Edinburgh to Forres. His whole crew, Rory, Eric and Kai were wonderful. The quality of the packing and the care that they took with everything was beyond anything we could have hoped for
I would highly recommend anyone that is moving in Edinburgh to use MoveStore.

Couldn’t Have Asked for Better Service
This was my first time using a removal company and I was quite nervous, especially with over two months of storage and a 200+ mile move involved. Cameron and the team made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They arranged a virtual walkthrough at a time that suited me, kept in regular contact leading up to moving day, packed everything quickly and carefully, and returned it all in the exact condition it left. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.

Reassuring moving process and all details covered
MoveStore were great from start to finish. The virtual tour was an easy way to give them all the details of my flat. Initially they couldn’t accommodate my preferred moving date, but phoned me when they had a cancellation to say they could slot me in. On the day the moving guys were extremely helpful, talking me through everything to make sure I was happy. They took extra care with all my boxes/furniture. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I can't recommend these guys enough
I can't recommend these guys enough, they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was too much bother for them and they were incredibly polite and thoughtful. They made my move stress free despite me being anxious about my fish tanks and artwork.....I needn't have worried! A friendly firm with removal men who made it seem like no effort to heave multiple boxes of books and furniture whilst being chatty but non-intrusive. Very helpful at the other end too, ensuring things were where they needed to be. They cheered what should have been an exhausting day! Much appreciated!

Great service
From booking to the move itself, everyone we dealt with was great! All very professional and friendly. The process of booking was easy and well explained. On the day they showed up on time and efficiently shifted everything with no breaks or damage to items or house. Honestly, the least stressful part of our move.

I would highly recommend the MoveStore crew for your moving needs. From the very start, they were quick to respond to our initial query for a quote. The ability for them to provide a fixed quote after a video call made it so much more efficient than having to organise a home visit.
On the day of the move, the crew arrived on time, were courteous and extremely efficient in moving out things out of the old home..everything was done with care. The move was all done in a single day and made it a stress free experience for my family and I.
All in, I am extremely pleased with the service and experience.
