I dealt with Kylie at Move Your Spa throughout the arrangement for getting my hot tub removed. She was very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything and liaised with the buyers of the hot tub.
On the day of the removal Tom and Malachi arrived promptly and set straight to work. It wasn’t a straightforward removal and there was a worry that they may not be able to remove it. We were aware of this before they arrived, but decided we would be stuck with an unwanted hot tub if we cancelled the removal. I’m so glad we went ahead and after a few head scratching moments Tom and Malachi were successful! They left for the destination and the buyers were very happy to receive the hot tub in the same condition it was when they viewed it.
I cannot recommend Move Your Spa highly enough. It was a big undertaking and definitely not the sort of job a few of your mates could carry out. Well done Tom and Malachi, many thanks to both of you.

My relocation was only a mile or so in distance but wasn't without its difficulties (primarily access at my new house). But on the day it went really smoothly and I was very impressed. Quick and efficient, they took great care of my tub, and still had time to chat, answer questions and offer advice. Such a personable pair, Aaron and Mick did a splendid job and if I ever move again, please send the same guys! Huge thanks to Kylie for arranging everything so well.

Wanted to move a spa to new address, I emailed and explained then chased one week later and again another week later expressing time was now running short eventually they came back to me with an outrageous quote. So went with someone else I think the others were are £1500 cheaper and I must say they did a great job

The whole experience with moveyourspa was so easy. From the initial quote, communication, details needed & the logistics on the day, everything was just professional and slick.
Malaki & Tom were the operatives on the day who did the physical collection and move for us, they were absolutely brilliant and really friendly. Highly recommend these guys.

Great service from move your spa! The guys, Tom & Malaki were amazing. They are extremely professional and polite. Moving our tub from a very awkward, multilayered garden to our garden was a huge task. They handled the tub with the upmost care and managed to put it in place, exactly where we wanted it.
They made it look easy. Brilliant service and time keeping too.

Great service from the team, our Spa was transported from our old home to our new one without any issue. Purpose built kit and vehicle made this process painless. We had the guys remove the top and the mover during transit, this was placed back on our spa at the new location. In three words; Courteous, proffesional and knowledgeable.

Everything was easy from first contact to move day. Comms were really good and Lee and Rich were excellent, call couple of hours before arrival and bang on time. They were very efficient and had the job done in a very short timescale.

Tom and Tony were brilliant in delivering our hot tub. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they wanted to ensure we were completely happy with its location before leaving. Highly recommend.

Keiran and Mick removed our hot tub and were brilliant: friendly and professional.
I was a little worried as our removal was not the most straightforward due to the laypout of our garden, but they were reassuring and the job was completed no problem.
Prior to the removal, Beks and Kylie helped to organise it all, and were also great, very friendly and helpful.

The delivery guys Josh and Danny were amazing such polite and helpful lads can’t fault them at all, what I will say though is it might be worth doing a survey for the access to the property’s way in advance I was asked for pics of the access two days before even though I stated we had steps when I first ordered and was forced to cut my handrail of the steps leading to the property which is going to cost us to replace, the lads didn’t even use access to the steps the hot tub came straight off the truck onto the garden. So it might be worth more communication from the sales team.

Great experience from Move Your Spa. Mick and Kieran arrived when expected and did a brilliant job in taking our old tub away. It was quite a long “pull” from where it was sited, down a narrow side passage to the truck. They seemed to be enjoying their work and all in all made it a very pleasant experience. Excellent job and we very happy.
