I have used Movie Figures 5 times now in the UK, 3 high value Hot Toys pre-orders and 2 smaller Mass Effect dark horse statues.

Out of the 3 pre-orders, I have received 2 in great timing, I imagine it is the second batch - so just a couple of months after Hong Kong release. Which is fine by me, as a pre-order is a specific order on buyers behalf. The 3rd is yet to be released on Hong Kong yet, but anticipation is building.

For all orders, they are expertly and securely packed and delivery has been no issue.

Just got the Hot Toys Wolverine Deluxe Edition from Deadpool and Wolverine. This was the first time I’ve ordered from Movie Figures, the figure was about £30 cheaper than other outlets and was free delivery in the UK, all in I paid £379:99. Before I ordered I spoke with a member of staff who was really helpful, I was notified as soon as the figure was available for dispatch, I originally ordered the Wolverine on preorder and was given the choice to pay in full or pay a small deposit, I chose to pay in full. It arrived in perfect condition on the date given and was packed perfectly. I’ve been collecting figures for over 30 years and I’m very picky when it comes to ordering online but I’ll definitely be ordering from Movie Figures again in the future. Fantastic value and friendly staff 10 out of 10 service.

Above and beyond, dispatch was very quick after payment went through. Communication was great to let me know the product had arrived in stock.

I have only ever placed three orders with Movie Figures and whilst I had to return the latest one due to a design fault with the statue itself, I can only shout-out the exemplary customer service provided by Christine and her team. Depends which order it’s relating to. The first order did arrive in good condition, not quite in time for Christmas, but you didn’t promise that so no bother: if it’s for my most recent order there is a Royal Mail tracking number but they haven’t received anything when I punch the number in - so left up in the air with this one. My heart always sinks when any company choose Royal Mail as a courier because they are dreadful

My 2nd review for Movie Figures. Have been purchasing/pre ordering for couple years now. Customer service always top notch. Responsive and accommodating customer service. A big thank you and appreciation for Christine. They literally do all they can to make their customers happy. First rate packaging. So rare these days to have full confidence in a company. My only negative feedback is Klana no longer an option at checkout. A real shame as it offers great flexibility for the high priced items. PayPal is there but it does not accept spread payments for some of the items for some reason. Not for me anyway. Hope they can introduce payment plan options in the future similar sideshow or Jazz Inc.
