All estate agents are the same, right? Well, no actually. We do things differently. Our aim is a simple one - to give you a stress-free, professional experience by doing what's best for you and your individual needs.
So, what should you expect from your estate agent?
...well yes, especially in terms of achieving the best price; however these should be your standard expectations of any estate agent.
You should also expect your estate agent to listen, so as to understand the motivation behind the move, and in doing so offer the best possible advice specific to your circumstances.
Your estate agent should respond in a timely fashion, provide excellent levels of communication and remain both positive and dedicated throughout the whole process.
They should remain true to the cause, telling you what you need to hear, even if at times this may not be what you were hoping to hear. Honest feedback is vital and as a straight-talking estate agency, we are here to assist people in the sale of their property and will always treat the situation with the respect it deserves.

Excellent service
Movuno offer an excellent service at a good price.
My move was particularly difficult and drawn out due to problems up the chain, but Michaela kept in regular touch, getting updates and pushing the other parties.
I think I may have lost my buyer had it not been for her hard work.
I would definitely recommend movuno and Michaela in particular!!

Used Movuno for purchasing a property
Used Movuno for purchasing a property. They were very helpful and professional from the first call to arrange the viewing until the exchange of contract and collecting the keys. They even kept in touch with the solicitors and gave regular updates on the progress of the conveyancing which was quite impressive. Would highly recommend them.

Brilliant from start to finish
I could not have chosen a better estate agent to sell my property, the staff were outstanding and kept me updated every step of the way. I had regular up dates and there was always someone in the office to talk to if I needed to ask anything.
