All estate agents are the same, right? Well, no actually. We do things differently. Our aim is a simple one - to give you a stress-free, professional experience by doing what's best for you and your individual needs.
So, what should you expect from your estate agent?
...well yes, especially in terms of achieving the best price; however these should be your standard expectations of any estate agent.
You should also expect your estate agent to listen, so as to understand the motivation behind the move, and in doing so offer the best possible advice specific to your circumstances.
Your estate agent should respond in a timely fashion, provide excellent levels of communication and remain both positive and dedicated throughout the whole process.
They should remain true to the cause, telling you what you need to hear, even if at times this may not be what you were hoping to hear. Honest feedback is vital and as a straight-talking estate agency, we are here to assist people in the sale of their property and will always treat the situation with the respect it deserves.

Straightforward sale and great customer service
A potentially stressful sale of my late father's house in a town where I no longer live was made easier by the efforts of the Movuno team and particularly Olivia who looked after us very well. Finalising the sale was a long process due to the requirements of probate and Movuno were patient and helpful throughout.

Movuno the easiest way to sell & move
Movuno are a great company to use when selling your house. The staff were great and Olivia was great from helping us get the house we wanted and with the selling of our property which pretty much sold with 24hrs of going on the market. Can’t thank them enough for all the hard work they did.

Speedy and quality service delivery, great communication
We bought a property through Movuno and it was a great experience.
Olivia Halsall was my sales agent and her level of active communication was top notch. Apart from the fact that She gave me more update even than my supposed solicitor, she chased everybody up politely to enhance a speedy, smooth and amazing completion.
Lakan was always present and patient to help us with viewing and her service was great, always smiling.
I would recommend Movuno over and over again as our property purchase was completed in about 12 weeks without any hassle.

Excellent Service, Highly Recommend
Movuno guided us fairly seamlessley through what is a very stresful process. Weekly updates were provided, calls were returned promptly and all of the staff we dealt with were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitiate to recommend.

Professional and Proactive

Review of Muvuno
We cannot recommend muvuno enough, from the valuation with Ken, the turnaround from pictures through to going on the market was incredible and even had a viewing dame day advert went out. Property sold within 48 hours and since we accepted the offer Olivia has been truly amazing and kept us updated throughout and has been amazing chasing everyone enough. If you are selling your property don't go anywhere else, 5* from start to finish
