I love MoxieLash's innovative products. This site is legitimate, shopping is tracked and arrives timely, customer service is quick to reply if you have any questions, and they have a rewards program for returning customers. I especially love their glueless lash clusters that come ready to stick beneath your real lashes. I have a sensitivity to glue so I never have to put glue on my eyelids again!! Finally I can wear false lashes that look natural with comfort and ease, I get so many compliments.

I really like the glueless lash…
I really like the glueless lash clusters.However, I have to have someone apply them for me.Because my vision is not that good.They are a bit difficult for me to work with on my own.But once they're on and in place, they're awesome!!!

Canada customer
Being a customer from Canada I had to pay customs $42.50 to pick up the order. MoxieLash should mention that as I would never have ordered from them. They refused to refund me that fee. Buyer beware!!

We understand how frustrating unexpected customs charges can be. While MoxieLash offers free shipping on qualifying orders, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not collected or controlled by MoxieLash.
We do provide information regarding international shipping, customs duties, and import taxes in our Help Center, where we explain that these fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Unfortunately, because these fees are charged by the importing country and not by MoxieLash, we are unable to reimburse them.

Disappointed
I purchased these lashes hoping I wouldn't need to use glue ever again. I was disappointed, lashes looked cheap, felt uncomfortable and didn't stay put for more than a day even after I used additional nano bands. After spending $98 for something that is useless, for the price I was expecting better quality.

Amazing!!!!!!! I LOVE this product! Such high quality and sooooo easy to apply. Plus their support is out of this world. This was my first time purchasing and using magnetic lashes. I was accustomed to cheap drug store ones so the ones I originally purchased were overpowering on my face. The support team helped me exchange them with ones that would bring out my eyes without being too large. Amazing experience all around!

Absolutely not worth the price at ALL! But very good customer service.
Edit: In response to my negative review, MoxieLash reached out to me to address some of my issues. While I still stand behind my evaluation of the product quality, their customer service very much made up for the unsatisfactory product I received. This is just my opinion, but if I pay more than $50 for lashes, heck more than $15, they better be absolutely top quality. I paid $70. Insane. But in MY OPINION, these lashes look cheap. Now it could have been the type I purchased (wifey, Nano grip clusters) but I have purchased lashes that looked and worked better from alternate online companies for $5 . That being said, I have to give credit to the customer service at MoxieLash, which is top notch. This is a big deal when considering the product's price tag. They heard my complaint and refunded my money, which is very appreciated. I have also removed inaccuracies in my initial claim.
Initial post (edited) : Absolutely not worth the price. They advertise a way to put on these lashes but when you receive them, nothing explains how to put them on using this unique and revolutionary way. It's all over social media and the actual lashes are so cheap feeling and low quality. From my experience, these lashes are cheap and don't work as intended, (for me). However their customer service is very good. Maybe I will try again when they get different lashes.

Beautiful, realistic lashes
After wearing custom lash extensions for several years and experiencing damage to my natural lashes, MoxieLash has been a wonderful solution.
I have used both the magnetic lashes and the NanoGrip lashes and am very impressed with the results. They are easy to apply and provide a very natural appearance.

Excellent lashes, I’ve tried several different brands and this is by far the best quality.
The customer service is outstanding. I’ve contacted them on two occasions and they got back to me immediately and solved the issues I had. The best customer service I’ve ever had.

Customer Service is Top Notch!
I ordered a cluster bundle but didn't like the curl on the lashes. I reached out to MoxieLash and asked them for an exchange for some Lashies and their reply was within minutes. My request for an exchange was approved, my credit was applied to a gift card that was immediately emailed to me, and I'm on my way to purchase my new Lashies! I appreciate the prompt responses I received and the friendly service!

There was a small issue with one of my orders and I can’t say enough about the customer service I received. Within a minute of emailing customer support, I received an email back with steps for resolution. It took a total of 11 minutes to have my order corrected and a new order confirmation. Sierra was amazing, pleasant, and quick! I’ve never had an easier experience. Would recommend a million percent!

After multiple attempts at these lashes…
After multiple attempts at these lashes I put them all in the trash — precisely where they belong. They stick yo everything except your lashes, those black dots are very visible, and the sharp band is very poky and itchy. The only positive is they are easy to remove - just tear up or sneeze and they will come flying off.

Love my Moxie Lashes
I love the Moxie Lashes! I have used the Lashies, Magnetic and the Lashie Clusters. I was always intimidated by lashes but the Moxie lashes are so easy to apply and look amazing!! And the customer service reps are wonderful.

Best money ever spent!
I wasn’t sure about using false lashes but figured since they were self adhesive it couldn’t be too bad. Well they are 100 percent a breeze! They literally pop on and stay on for five days!!

I have tried quite a few lashes but MoxieLash wins the pot:) the first time I tried them I was beyond frustrated and never wanted to try again. I decided to give it another chance and am so grateful I did. The second try was so much easier and as long as they don’t get too moist or wet, they easily last 5 days. My only complaint is the glue is hard to get out of your lashes once you remove the lashes. I tried all the eye makeup removers and nothing seems to work butttt they’re still worth it!!
