Chinese scam

Bought a moxier toaster which I paid £99 for it came and was a winning star £20 on Amazon and was also damaged 50 emails later I get a reply saying returns is a pain in the arse!!!! And will I will have to pay shipping customs and restocking which when added up is more than the product.this from what is a British company #lies as it is Chinese scamming.DO NOT BUY

Don’t bother! 9” SatNav not working and no refund!

What a mistake! I should’ve stuck with a better known product at a higher cost. Bought a 9” satnav for £199. Great price. No security tag on a clearly pre-opened box. Left the device on for over an hour whilst it buffered away trying to sort itself out. No response to anything. Moxier ignoring direct request to return the item asking me to video the already opened box and the buffering issue. Don’t bother with this company. I made such a mistake. I went out and bought a reputable brand for £399. I’m a HGV tramper, away from home 5 nights a week & a reliable satnav is vital - particularly as I work nights only.

Scam website I ordered a scooter 319 pound got no confirmation email had no response from their support email , there is no way of contacting them by phone. What’s also annoying is that I was sent to this website via a sponsored google link. I done my checks on the website to see if it was secure

I ordered the robot vacuum cleaner M7S from Moxier UK, it arrived fast, in under 2 days and was pleased to see that it works very well and picks up food with ease. Overall I am very impressed with the quality and delivery of this product.

Use another company!

Firstly - I purchased my moxier sat nav from what I thought was a UK based company, all things on their website point to this. I subsequently discovered my item shipped from China and I had to wait ages!

Secondly - When it finally arrived I was very disappointed. It looks and runs like tech designed and used 20 years ago and is not user friendly at all.

Lastly - I had the option to track my parcel which ended up costing me £1 ?! After this I still couldn't see where my parcel was, despite going through the motions of having to create an account with 'Trackerly'. This all culminated in a call from my bank who had blocked my debit card, and declined an attempt by Trackerly to take a further £24 as a rolling subscription!! Good work First Direct!

I have asked for a full refund and instructions on how to return the item. Give this company and their shipping agent a huge swerve and avoid any disappointment.

100% untrustworthy
The goods were of inferior quality and poor value for money so I requested to return them for a refund. After the third time of asking for the returns address I received a startling response which bears no resemblance to the distance selling regulations.
Do not get involved with this outfit

not the quality products they seem

Don't use this company i bought an air fryer believing it to be the moxier brand only to find when I recieved it is a cheap Daewoo one at no time when ordering do they the tell you the brand and as I paid £148 sale price and because they are trading under the moxier brand I assumed it was a genuine product the cost price for the Daewoo air fryer is £50 locally so i think this is a rip-off i have contacted the company but they don't want to know i believe they make it very difficult to return the product i have emailed them but they don't want to know,so my advice is to don't use them.

Have to return item to China and cover all costs

When trying to return a product be warned; this is they do everything to stop you returning. This is the message you get:
Hello,

I need to explain that returning items is a complicated process.

Please note:
1. You need to return the item to China yourself and bear the return shipping costs;
2. After a successful return, we need to deduct relevant customs duties and a 15% return shipping fee;
3. If the product is damaged during the return process, it will not be accepted for return.
4. Our return policy stipulates that the return address must be provided by us. The address on the package is not our return address. If you return the package to any address other than the one we provide, we will not be able to receive the package, and all losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return items without authorization.

If you want a full refund, you need to return the item and pay for the shipping costs, as well as customs duties. Returning the item from your location to China will cost a significant amount of money and time.

In this case, if you keep the item, we will refund you 5% of the order. You can give the package as a gift to your friend or family. What do you think?

Please do Due diligence before using this company.

Product took weeks to arrive with no updated information. Spent £93.00 for a car entertainment system. On arrival, packaging was damaged and the protective screen cover looked like it had been attached by a 3 year old. Item loses connection intermittently so I requested returns based on the issues and the fact that I felt it was an inferior product. Have sent several email, they continue to stonewall me with reply's saying please send us a video. I have reminded them that I cannot send a video because the issue only happens intermittently. I did send pictures. I am normally diligent with what I buy but feel this time I have been taken advantage of. I understand form research that this year the market places have been saturated by fake UK companies that are shills for poor quality Chinese companies. I am fairly convinced that Moxier.co.uk sits within that. I have also read a report that they are adding fake positive reviews.
My advice is to do your Due diligence before buying anything from this company and ensure they have genuine returns policy. Moxier.co.uk do have a returns policy but they do not follow it.

It can reduce fat intake

I wanted to cut down on oil for my family, so I got this Dual Drawer Airfryer. Veggies stay moist when roasted, and meats lose excess fat - healthier eating. The dual drawers let me make kid snacks while cooking for adults without mixing things up.

Concerning

A bit concerning as my husband ordered a tyre pressure pump a week ago and not got nothing yet but hopefully will hear something
I can see from some reviews that they say they have delivered but havent . They can not say that to us as we have CCTV connection with police so we know who comes and goes onto my property at all times so we will wait and see what this company is like hopefully we won't have any problems but if we don't receive it I will make sure all my followers will know NEVER to order from the site if we do not receive our goods. So hopefully will wait a few more days and see.

This company is untrustworthy

This company is untrustworthy, I purchased a Jump Starter with Air Pump on 3rd September and I’m still waiting. I have sent loads of emails to them and they keep saying it on it way and it’s up to the courier to deliver it. After 6 weeks, I informed them that I wanted a refund. Then they tell me it was delivered on 23rd September. Which it was never received. Now they inform me that I have to check with the courier company to find out what as happened to my package. Which I’ve informed them, according to the courier company, it is up to the sender to contact them. I wouldn’t trust them, in my opinion.
