I have been stupid and trying to get this cancelled for 9 months with very poor customer service who never got back to me about cancelling, I went through EVERYTHING on zotlo to find out where I could cancel but it showed I didn't have a subscription. its almost 2am and I finally was able to cancel it dear lord. go to account.zotlo.com create the account with the GMAIL/EMAIL you used and it should pop up for you in case you can't find it anywhere on the zotlo website. im so ashamed I let it take money from me this long and couldn't navigate my way.

My experience with Moyra Web has been beyond frustrating. I signed up for a subscription in September and canceled it in October. Despite canceling, they continued charging my card $12.99 every single month after that.
I have emailed their support at least five times asking them to fix the issue and refund the charges. Not once have I received a response. No acknowledgment, no help, nothing. They also conveniently don’t provide a phone number, so there’s no way to actually reach a real person.
Because of their complete lack of customer support, I had to contact my bank, cancel the charges through them, and file a dispute just to stop the billing.
A company that ignores customers while continuing to charge them should not be trusted with anyone’s payment information. The lack of transparency and accountability is honestly shocking.
Save yourself the headache and avoid this company entirely.

Absolute scam, you make one time purchase on one “app” and they subscribe you without consent using your card information from that one time purchase to charge you monthly fee about something you don’t have idea it exists. An absolute scam. And I still haven’t received what I actually paid for… And nearly impossible to access that fake subscription to cancel it, you need to go on another website zotlo.

TERRIBLE - IT’S A SCAM!!! Go to Zotlo account and login (using email for moyra) and you can delete subscription there

Got conned out of a trial only to find out it’s a sneaky subscription there is away around this, when you signed up for the trial you also signed up for a zotlo account use the exact same email you used to log into zotlo it will ask for a code which is sent to your email address enter the code and your name, once your in you can cancel the subscription once cancelled it has a few options at the bottom it says permanently delete click that and you are done

I got hit with unauthorized charges from Moyra after signing up for what I thought was a free trial. They sneakily added a hidden subscription that doesn’t show up anywhere in your account dashboard, then make it nearly impossible to cancel or delete. Tried their “support” multiple times—no response, just more billing attempts on my card.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! These guys are known scammers preying on people worldwide.
How I finally deleted my account (works for Aussies):
Log into Zotlo.com (no account needed—just enter the email you used to sign up with Moyra). It pulls up your subscription and lets you permanently delete your Moyra account + cancel any charges. Took me 2 minutes from Wurtulla, QLD, Australia, and it worked perfectly just before posting this. Screenshot everything!
If you’re in Australia and they’ve tried billing you, do this NOW before they drain your account. Report them to the ACCC too—don’t let them scam more people.

Cancel your subscription through Zotlo - even if this is not what you used to pay!! I used my Apple Pay and couldn’t find where to cancel subscription until I read other reviews. I signed into Zotlo using the email I had used for Moyra and managed to cancel my subscription there. You don’t have to create an account on Zotlo, you enter your email and it sends you a one time passcode. Thank you to other reviews who helped me find this out!!

These total ***holes are pretending to be spiritual but are quite literally trying to rinse good natured people out of their hard earned money. As I am a spiritual person who believes what goes around comes around, I look forward to seeing Karma whoop their butt one day!!
Like many, paid for the astrology chart. Didn’t receive it. Then got a notification from my bank the following week for £8.90 from Moyra Web. Confused, I did some digging and the little snakes think I’m subscribed. They must have done this in the extreme small print when I signed up for the chart with a one off payment (and never actually received). Tried to unsubscribe on their website and literally - and conveniently have no way back in. Luckily, my bank cottoned on quickly and blocked them on my behalf.
What total buffoons.

Not possible to cancel subscription ! It starts with a low fee, so you get to have a look around, but if you decide its not for you, there is no way of canceling and they keep billing. NOT worth it in my opinion

Have to go to Zotlo to cancel your subscription. They do not disclose it. They should be shut down, this seems illegal. Horrible!!

Only agreed to the birth chart charge. Deleted the subscription and deleted my account with them. Only to see months later that they’ve taken money from me. I’ve heard nothing back when trying to cancel this.

Really didn't even want to give one star. I've been trying for 4 months to cancel the subscription that I was signed up for and unknowingly. When I go to the app it says I have no subscriptions so why am I being billed over and over again. I've written support like eight times and getting no response and still keep being billed.

I fell for this early January because I was interested, seemed like a good deal. And it began randomly charging me 12.99. Thank god I have locked my account, but they have been trying to get those 13 dollars for about 2 weeks now. I’ve tried contacting customer support and never received any response to cancels my subscription. Tonight is my second time trying to cancel that trash. Oh, and the cherry on top is that I cannot login to the account I made with the website. Every time I try to login it says that there’s no account associated with that email. I’ve received multiple emails addressed to that specific one before they started those charges… I highly doubt they will actually help, so I’m most likely going to escalate it because I did not agree to spend 12.99.

I paid 5 NOK for what was presented as a one-time natal chart purchase. I never agreed to any subscription. Shortly after, Moyra attempted to charge 155 NOK as a recurring payment.

There was no clear disclosure of a subscription, no visible cancellation option, and customer support has not responded. This appears to be a deliberately misleading practice: attracting users with a small fee and then charging them for a hidden recurring subscription. I don’t even got any account to log in to.

I strongly advise others to avoid this service and carefully monitor their bank statements if they have used it.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will report the case to the Norwegian Consumer Authority for potential violations of consumer protection laws regarding subscription consent.

Guys listen! To anyone getting the charges from these scammers that says Moyra Web...go to Zotlo website and use the same email you used to sign up...there it will show you can cancel!!! It wont show through google and stuff. Hope this helps everyone!!!

I feel so silly for falling for this. It’s one of those websites where it’s easy to sign up but hard to cancel subscription. You don’t even get told you’re about to subscribe to something!!

I put the Ts and Cs in chatgpt and chatgpt helped me cancel my subscription. Go to the zotlo dashboard website which u can find in the myoro ts and cs and log in with the same email you used for the scam website and then click subscriptions and you’ll be able to cancel from there. :)

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute scammers I have emailed 3 times now to get my subscription removed as it was done via email not on any of the platforms displayed on their website where they have clear instructions on how to cancel. You are STILL taking money from me.
No response from anyone and it’s causing great distress. Vile company taking peoples money.
I want all payments back, I will be reporting for fraud and I will be contacting my bank to block any further payments. Absolutely disgusting, revolting behaviour.
