Same as the rest of the reviews, utter scam! Again, 50p for natal chart, then attempted to keep being charged for a monthly subscription I never signed up for. And no response online, apparently my account under my email address doesn't even exist 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is a SCAM!!!! As the other reviews say, you have to log in to the website zotlo to cancel

My story is like everyone else's. I had purchased the .50 natal chart to then unknowingly be charged $12 every month. I emailed incessantly with zero responses and was charged again after my multiple attempts to cancel. STAY AWAY! DO NOT BE FOOLED. I finally had to fight the charge with my credit card company.

SCAM! Complete and utter scam. Wishing I googled before I went ahead.

They get you with the “meh what’s 50 cents for a silly little star chart” mindset. After getting no emails whatsoever I stumbled upon all the reviews and managed to catch it before I was stuck in an on going battle.

One review was incredibly helpful and told you how to cancel - register for ’ZOLTO’ (same email you used to have to chart sent to you) and then find the subscription, cancel and remove card details completely. I also reported the company for forced subscriptions and fraud through the site.

Like everyone else filled out a questionnaire and pad £0.50 for results. Received emails and app login, but unclear how to cancel. Grateful for advice on here which is to go to Zotlo accounts to cancel your subscription.

Shocking customer service, just replied to messages about subscriptions with chart drivel. Could see they were reading my messages and ignoring

TOTAL SCAM! Please don't give them your credit card information. They charge you 50cents for a birth chart then charge your card 12.99 for a subscription you don't realize you've signed up for that's impossible to cancel. There is no way to cancel on their website despite that being the place they tell you to go for cancellation. Not on my apple subscriptions either.

I paid the 50p in order to get something from this website not realising it wanted to take £8.90 out of my account every week after I realise I tried to cancel my subscription there was nowhere on the website that you were able to. I emailed them multiple times and they did not respond so I had to get my bank involved.

I signed up for a 7 day trial 9/5/25 and today 12/18/25 I was able to find out how to cancel Moyra Web. They charged me twice in 4 months because I stop adding money to my Apple account.
Terrible and draining people out of thousands. This company is based out of Istanbul.

I was tricked into subscription after paying 0.50p for birth chart, and then I received a $12.99!subscription fee monthly for MONTHS. i tried to cancel it every single time it came up but through their website but it has no option to cancel, and i never even made an account so i can’t get in. had to reach out to my bank to cancel through their website charges and block the merchant. they had to issue me a new card which is just beyond annoying given none of this was my fault.

SCAM.But I managed to cancel!!
After an online questionnaire longer than I expected I felt committed to see the outcome and paid the small charge or even free sign up thinking I could cancel straight away.
Problem is the subscription isn't through Apple
and you can't cancel with Moyra.... zero help in cancelling - and unclear instructions how and where to actually cancel. They are Turkey based and governed by different consumer rights. How they get you to subscribe is sneaky and it makes it difficult to cancel it. I changed my bank card as it charged my apple wallet, still didn't work!

HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE AND CANCEL:
The subscription is handled by ZOLTO. This is where you need to go to cancel your subscription - I also removed my payment method to make sure.

Additionally you could contact your bank to block the merchant but it's probably not worth the 30 mins call.

Scam - avoid -very hard to unsubscribe

This is a joke & I have canceled on the first day. None of what was said & definitely not personalized, repetitive content. This is definitely a scam to rope people into pay $13 a month for not canceling. I took a screenshot of my cancelation page. No good.

Do not sign up to any free trail - they will take multiple payments and there is no where to cancel anything without going through the bank instead!

Stealing from me never heard of the company

I signed up for a free trial in June or July. They keep charging me, even after I’ve reached out to them many times. There is no real customer support. They send you a link to your “linked profile page” but there’s nothing there to unsubscribe to. You can’t speak to a real person. I’ve tried canceling with my bank, and tried so many things. They pull money from my bank monthly!!!! Please be careful with this site. I wish this kind of stuff was illegal and there was a way to help people like us -in the comment review sections. (We all seem to have similar experiences ) it’s been beyond frustrating to say the least!

There should be a way to give something zero stars. The Moyra App is a total scam, please don't fall for it. They're a bunch of online hustlers. I had to contact my bank to block there attempts to take money from my bank account - which they're still attempting, despite me asking them to cancel my subscription multiple times.

If I could rate lower than one star I would. This company is an absolute scam. Tricks you into signing up for a subscription and then doesn’t allow you to cancel the subscription. They don’t reply to emails, there is no other way to contact them. They remove money from your account, and consistently spam you with emails. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP OR USE THIS VILE COMPANY.

Email is needed for just about everything these days. I didn’t think much of it when putting it on this website. Then before you know it there is money taking out of my Apple Cash and no subscriptions on file. This app/website fake company is a scam!
