WHO WOULD BE DUMB ENOUGH TO SIGN UP FOR MOZART AI?

PLEASE people please make sure you let everyone know that there is absolutely NO FREE uses on mozart AI. It's a scam
Once you describe your song, and then add the lyrics and then you click create, they want you to pay FIRST even in the basic. I tried twice to create a song on 2 different accounts, it asked to pay first eve n on basic. It's a scam. A whole scam. I couldn't give it a zero star.

Horrible. I upgraded to the creator from the free account to try some cover generations, and I wasn't satisfied with the generations. I tried to cancel my subscription so that it wouldn't go another month, but it upgraded me for a year without a confirmation. I tried swiping up to navigate further down the page and it registered that swipe as me agreeing to sign up for an annual membership by pressing the switch to annual button. That is not the case. No replies to emails or discord mods. Livid.

The app simply doesn’t deliver the functionality it promotes in its marketing. I tried repeatedly to get stems from a track in their studio, but nothing happened. I contacted support via live chat and ended up in a rather farcical conversation loop with an AI agent, then emailed customer service and didn’t even receive an automatic acknowledgement. I ultimately had to dispute the payment through Revolut to get my money back — but only after losing several hours in the process. A very disappointing experience. Definitely avoid!

For over three weeks it didn't work properly.on the last week did they fix it and now my subscription ends and I have to pay to renew it.......never have I ever

Avoid at all costs! They get you signed up, it's rubbish and then there is no place to cancel in your account. I have emailed them and they still have not cancelled my account so I am paying for a service that I never use.

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von Mozart AI.

Ich habe ein Probeabo abgeschlossen, weil ich die Funktion zunächst ausprobieren wollte. Was ich dabei überhaupt nicht erwartet habe: Bevor man seine eigene Stimme überhaupt aufnehmen bzw. die entsprechende Funktion nutzen kann, wird plötzlich eine zusätzliche Zahlung von 10,99 € verlangt.

Warum wird mit einem Probeabo geworben, wenn eine zentrale Funktion anschließend nochmals extra bezahlt werden muss?

Für mich ist diese Preisgestaltung extrem irreführend. Wenn ich ein Probeabo abschließe, erwarte ich, dass klar und deutlich angegeben wird, welche Funktionen tatsächlich enthalten sind und welche anschließend noch einmal extra kosten.

Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass man erst Zeit investiert und sich durch den Prozess arbeitet, um dann an der entscheidenden Stelle vor eine weitere Bezahlschranke gestellt zu werden.

Das hätte meiner Meinung nach VOR Abschluss des Abos eindeutig und unübersehbar kommuniziert werden müssen.

Ich fühle mich dadurch als Kunde getäuscht und unnötig zum Bezahlen gedrängt. Für mich grenzt dieses Geschäftsmodell an Abzocke.

Ich habe mich für ein kostenloses, zeitlich begrenztes Abo angemeldet aber nie ein Abo bestellt. Mozart AI hat ohne meine Bezahldaten zu kennen über PaddleNet zwei mal 9,99 abgebucht und hätte dies weiter wöchentlich getan. Der Betrag wurde dann weiter
über Paypal bearbeitet, dort habe ich die diese nicht autorisierte Abbuchung gesehen. Das ist Betrug.

Durch die Werbung wirst du getäuscht und in ein Abo gelockt! Außerdem sollst du dann noch wieder extra für ein aufgenommenen Lied bezahlen (14 Euro)

Take your money. Follow directions… and nothing. Nothing at all. Even upgraded to auto tune. Nothing. Nada!

Habe diese App als Abbo bezahlt seit über 2 Wochen stürzt diese App ab bei jedem Schritt den ich tätige in App Store schon bewertet da kommt immer die arbeiten drann aber es passiert einfach nichts ich bin richtig sauer

Nothing but a SCAM - be warned - don't get caught as I did! Advertises as 'FREE' but cannot do anything until you pay $14 AU for one week. The app is not user friendly at all, so I watched video instructions, only to find it was no help at all. And then they wanted to bill me every week....NO WAY, they are thieves!

I paid for a week subscription but a lot of things inside have additional costs.
Also the creation takes long time and seemingly if during the generation you click something else your progress has been lost. Same if you while waiting you switch to a different app or if your phone goes to sleep - all progress is lost.
If you want to create your own voice, the app gets you to read a text for 5 min while you’re being recorded and ONLY then it tells you that there’s an extra charge to generate your own AI voice.
The only thing I managed to do is to make a cover - audio only - of a song I pasted YT link for and the app laid over it one of its stock AI voices.
100% not worth the money.
