No delivery, no response, no communication, then random cancel
Ordered two models and two clamps in late December. Inquired once about status after 7 weeks, get a snarky auto-email (says basically read the fine print and maybe we deleted your email).
Today, I get an email saying both orders were canceled, one marked "can't get item" (probably untrue as the kit is easily had) the other said that I requested cancelation (definitely untrue).
Given how they handle "service," response, stock, and so forth (they were very quick to call me when I originally placed the first order, but ignore any inquiries), I'd say avoid them...or absolute last resort.
