Mrbarks Avis 20

This is a great product especially for transporting dogs. I often transporting dogs. I volunteer with a rescue group and it has been constant collecting from Central Coast and transporting to South Coast. We arrive with dogs safely and had a couple of have been car sick and no damage to my seats and easily cleaned up. Mrbarks have been amazing.

The package was delivered on time just not where we expected. The resolution was dealt with speed and courtesy and was a simple misunderstanding of the delivery service in rural WA.
The product is excellent as expected and exactly as shown in the ads. Easy to install, keeps the car clean and my pup feels safe and comfortable.

Cheap. Decided to purchase a hard bottom car seat cover as the one I already has which was from Temu was wearing out after 2 years…. Should have just got another one from Temu. Installed the new one from Mr Barks and the zip busted in my hand, dog hadn’t even been in the car yet. Avoid, not worth the $$$

I am delighted with the quick response from customer support and prompt sending of a replacement due to a breakage in a short period. Fingers crossed this one works as intended. Highly recommend.

To be honest I was a little sceptical when I purchased this but it arrived within the delivery timeframe given and it fits really well in my car - my Airedale Mack loves it and gets to go for a lot more roadies now!

My original purchase was quick and came with a positive note. Customer service made me feel genuinely welcome.
When I wrote to let you know of the mishap with my original purchase, I was so appreciative that you were replacing it.
I was concerned because I had spent that much money on it but I still needed one.

The protector is too big for my x250d id emailed the day I recieved the order, I explained its saggy and won’t fit behind the front seats. I was told to sell it on marketplace. I requested again and again and again to be told to open a request via another email address.
I’m yet to hear anything back … I’ve just sent another email … don’t even buy from them

Good product and price was ok, item was reshipped when couriers failed to deliver.

Chinese drop shipper, lying courier, rubbish delivery dates, avoid avoid avoid. Same item for sale from Temu, alibaba etc.

Jasmine my 7 year old GSD loves it plenty of room, she's happy.

I purchased two items from them, a dog seat cover and the Plush Dog Bed. I only received 1 item. I have emailed them , called them and messenger messaged them with no reply except for the phone number who says he is not Mr barks store. I purchased via afterpay and am in the process of afterpay making sure I do not have to pay for the $64.99 for the Plush Dog Bed which i didn't receive.. ALSO IT SAYS AN AUATRALIAN COMPANY BUT ITEMS ARE COMING FROM CHINA. THAT IS UNAUSTRALIAN

It's been weeks, and I'm still waiting for my order. I'm not sure if it will even arrive.

Only half of item arrived still waiting 3 weeks later says shipped by no other information refuses to reply I hate leaving negative reviews I prefer a positive vibe and positive experience but I would go elsewhere so many other companies with far better customer service and after sales experiences far better DONT bother here

Originally I came across the self cleaning cat litter box on their website after searching for them. I emailed and asked for dimensions which they replied back and told me them. I did my measurements because I have a small spot where I can put a litter box.

I will admit I made a mistake in the dimensions, although they did give me the dimensions slightly off anyway and it was a little bigger than I thought. I emailed them back again and said that I had opened the box and but that it was ultimately too big and asked if I could return it as per the 30-day return policy on their website under the product and they said they couldn’t accept a return for that item.

I also did notice I bought it for “half off” according to their website for $399.99AUD and then after I looked at it again it is still “half off” but is now $549.99AUD.

Again, I did make a mistake in the dimensions (although the actual dimensions of the litter box is slightly bigger than they claimed) which was 100% my own fault but I ultimately bought it because they had the returns policy written under the product on their website and it is misleading. I did mention to them in an email back advising that their website says they have a 30-day returns policy and they did not reply. I will say they were very helpful up until I mentioned the returns policy including my initial email asking about dimensions.

I tried to find some more reviews online for them but wasn’t really able to so I now want to put one here for people to find as well just to make sure people will know if they are thinking about buying this item.

Also,if anyone is interested in the dimensions this is the information they told me: Thanks for reaching out and our MrBarks - Self Cleaning Litter Box is 21.65″ × 20.08″ × 21.10″ ( inches) This litter box easily accommodates cats from 1.49 - 12.47kg. I am assuming the dimensions read LxWxH which made sense when I measured the item myself even though length is more towards 22” because it needs a little bit of space to work.

SCAM. They take your money but don't send the product and don't respond to emails. The reviews on the website are fake, do not get sucked in like I did.

This company claims ships out of Sydney they dont they ship out of China.
They say 30 day returns what they dont say is only if damaged and after they decide weather its damaged.
Shipping times are way off.
There advertising is really misleading buyer beware.
I cant cancel my order.

They only sent half the order and now will not answer any emails
There reviews on there site are fake as you can't put a review on there site.
Don't be scammed like us.
