Ordered on thr 24th March, all I have is a confirmation text, no email.
Iv emailed to ask what's happening with my order and despite saying they apparently reply to emails in 24 hours iv had nothing in days.
I then sent a message over on Instagram, to get a reply a few hours later asking what my order number was, provided it and now ignored again.
Over £200 down. Fuming with myself as I normally proper check out sites before I order if iv not herd of them before and just didn't on this occasion.

Edit, I have been given a 'royal mail tacking code'
Only it doesn't work, it's not royal mail or any other services. Said it takes a few days for tacking to update 😂

Item received was too small. Site states items have to be returned within 7 days. Have to wait for an email response from the company in order to return an item, a week later have sent 2 emails and a message through the shop and still no response. No customer service whatsoever once item has been sent out, no interest in customer satisfaction, only taking your money.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE CROOKS I ORDERED A TECH FLEECE IN XXL UK SIZE SENT ME THRU A XL AND TOTALLY WRONG COLOUR WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND AS SAYING CORRECT ORDER SENT WHEIT WAS NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED THIS COMPAY IS A COMPLETE DISGRACE AND ONLY OUT TO CON PEOPLE WILL BE STARTING LEGAL PROCEEDINGS FOR MISLEADING IMAGES AND THEFT

Rubbish my order hasn’t arrived, ordered full Nike Nocta tech fleece over 13 days ago and i have had no emails whatsoever about tracking ect.

PLEASE stay away from this company! Bought Jordan 1 trainers for £139.99 they sent me the wrong size. Been trying to contact they from the 3/1/24 to exchange them. they did reply over a week later asking me to sent photos ect to there returns email address which I sent on the 13/1/24 but have ignored me since then. have sent over 15 emails. BEWARE THEY DONT REPLY TO GIVE YOU THERE RETURN ADDRESS! Mrdripzone, please don't reply to this review by asking to send pictures to your returns email address because I have done over 15 times! YOU DONT RESPOND!!

Don’t buy at all everything here is fake, I bought a particle grey Nike tech fleece and the v strip is fake everything is fake about it. They all make it fake, listen to me DONT BUY !!!!!!

UNRELIABLE, DISHONEST SELLER. I would give no stars if possible. Having spent over £500 I am extremely disappointed to not have any response to my numerous emails about exchanging my items for a different size. I placed two orders and have emailed MrDripZone throughout the process and within their 7 day returns policy to politely request an exchange for my items as the sizing is smaller than expected. My son usually wears men's small in other brands but unfortunately the clothes I ordered from MrDripZone are too small. I posted a review previously and they replied to say that I need to email them, which I have been doing. I resent my emails to the address provided (the same one I had been emailing already) but still no reply. They respond to negative reviews feigning to be helpful (possibly a bot) but in reality they have completely ignored my emails and Instagram messages. I am posting a second review as an update but also in relation to my second order. MrDripZone is happy to take my money, customer service was great up until the orders were placed and confirmed, but there is no after sales care at all. They do not respond and that is most frustrating not to mention I'm over £500 out of pocket. AVOID.

SCAM SITE I ordered a NOCTA tracksuit in December costing approx £200. Seemed like a bargain as there was a 20% off sale. Also seemed legit as there were so many positive reviews here.
Tracksuit arrived after a short delay, with no proper receipt, and squished up in a tiny box, but it was just in time for Christmas so that was ok.
My son tried it on and it was too small and didn’t feel or look quite right. I emailed endlessly for a couple of weeks to try to get a refund, then saw the designated returns email address on the website. I did get a reply from this address, telling me that because I’d got it in the sale, I was only entitled to 20% refund.
I did a bit of research and realised I’d got an expensive pandabuy fake. I then came back to here and saw all the negative reviews since Christmas. I know Trustpilot say it’s impossible to spot fake reviews, but seriously, there’s not a single grammar mistake in all those 5 star reviews. And who actually writes like this: “My recent order arrived flawlessly, inclusive of a FREE pair of Jordan 4 Black Cats, making it an incredible deal!” I strongly believe that the positive Trustpilot reviews of Mr Dripzone are generated by AI like Chat GPT. It’s really easy to do.
EDIT: please report these scammers to Trading Standards. They are very careful not to give out a postal address but I believe their details are listed on Company House: Drip Zone Ltd., Farabdeep Singh Arora, 66 Windermere House, 400 Summerwood Road, Isleworth, England, TW7 7QT.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - Brought a £250 coat and didn't even want a refund just a simple exchange as it was the wrong size and my little boy wanted a different TrapStar coat design. Over 3 weeks later and numerous emails they still haven't responded. There are other company's like NOSAUCETHEPLUG that i wish i had used instead -

Been trying to return joggers for well over a month now. Emailed within the time given and was told i could have a 20% partial refund and keep the joggers and they said they would send the refund within 3 working days. They said this on Thursday 25th January and it is now Wednesday 7th February. Been emailing and dming on instagram and they are completely ghosting me. Was going well in the beginning but terrible terrible customer service.

10/2/24 Update: Original email said 20% partial refund, they emailed back saying i’m eligible for a 15% refund and are now saying 10% and no response yet.

26/2/24: STILL NO RESPONSE

27/3/24: A whole month after my last update, no change

As well as the item being clearly fake. To make things even worse they never respond to your emails or complaints. Beg nobody to use this service. You’ll just be fleeced like I was

It’s been 2 weeks now still no email back contacted them by email 4 times nothing back it’s all fake I ordered Trapstar track suit xs came wrong size and not in Trapstar baggage no receipt when wash it it’s bubbles it’s fake looks fake feels fake no authenticity at all ! This company will hear from me again as I’m taking this further !!!!!! Stay clear no contact number and don’t reply to emails and it cost more from them than Trapstar shop themselves and I’m sure it’s not real !!!!!! A very angry customer

After a long wait for delivery I received my Nike tech fleece tracksuit. The sizes given were incorrect and nowhere near the same size as tracksuits already purchased from another high street store. The quality of the tracksuit was cheap and not up to usual Nike standards. When asked for a refund I was told no as it’s in sale (every item sold seems to be on sale) so basically no refunds will ever be given. I was offered 20% bk but I want a full refund. After a while your emails are just ignored. In my opinion my item is fake. I am now seeking advice from Trading Standards and will pursue my complaint until I get my full refund. Trading Standards are keen to look into this due to possible counterfeit items being sold.
Very much seems to be a regular pattern with very similar experiences with this company. Avoid at all costs unless you’re happy paying for incorrrct and fake items.
And as requested mrdripzone I have emailed and no reply. My complaint is now in the hands of trading standards and the bank to reclaim my money you stole.

Ordered Christmas presents .. Nike tech fleece track suit. Wrong colour top was received. I have sent numerous emails and had no response! Customer service is non existent .. all I want to do is swap the jacket for the one I ordered.
