So still waiting for your response mrdripzone on a refund for multiple incorrect items sent ! I was happy to have them exchange! However after this is resolved I will never step foot near this company again … so much money spent and no help or after care what so ever . They just send the same automated reply to everyone to make them look good! I’ve sent multiple emails and live chat messages! No reply still . This is really concerning and I will be contacting trading standards for further advice . Sort it out MRDRIPZONE! Please advise the steps for immediate returns and full refunds …

Scammers. Everything this vendor sells is fake, they order the items from pandabuy and sell on to unsuspecting customers for the price of the real branded items. DO NOT buy anything from this site, as soon as you buy anything they do not respond to you about anything as soon as they take your money. You can’t get a refund so the 30 day return policy stated on their site is a lot of rubbish, I have been trying to return a fake jacket since October 31st and the vendor has continuously ignored me but will reply to the negative feedback on this copy and pasting the same thing to everyone pretending they are experiencing high volume at the moment and to email them - when you do, you get ignored. I have been trying to get the return address since the 31st of October, STILL IGNORING ME. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. HAVE REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS, I suggest every one else who this vendor has scammed do the same thing. Can’t believe the site is still up and running to this day! Disgusting stealing peoples hard earned money selling counterfeit goods and not refunding any customers who aren’t happy with the item sent!!! They also buy fake receipts from repreceipt.net if they absolutely have to, to try to convince you that the item is authentic or to convince whoever you have challenging them to refund you. It’s just a fake receipt and that is why they will black out the order number on the fake receipt and it is identical to the receipts you can buy on repreceipt.net

Mr dripzone is fake they sell all fake products I ordered cream trapstar jacket with Jordan 4 military black they came with the wrong size I tried to contact them for refund and return no respond and the money went and they not responding and have no as such business address they are so bad so bad don’t buy of this website by looking at cheap prices because firstly they fake that’s why it takes longer to send because they are shipped from china will totally recommend to not purchase from here

Absolute joke. I ordered a size xs Trapstar tracksuit which took ages to arrive. When it came they sent a size medium. Been trying to contact customer services for 3 weeks to arrange a refund and they just do not answer. I’ve emailed, messaged on insta and gone into live chat and still nothing. Yet emailed about a different item and replied within 5 hours.
No way to arrange a refund and send back.

Ordered a trapstar wind breaker came on time packed very well not to incure any damage will be using them again very happy my grandson will be over the moon

Bought Yeezys clearly fake not wrapped properly not enough tags box wrong colour,now trying to return no reply what a surprise, looking at various “drip” type company reviews all the negative ones seem to be the same, can’t return coz no address and told not to send to return address on parcel, please don’t buy from this lot or any drip type company’s scamming scum, looked on companies house quite a few similar named companies down the tubes, lesson learned hopefully credit card company can deal with them,what’s the point I’ve tried 3 times already and u’ve ignored everyone,they are fake if you have receipts why do you need to authenticate them makes no sense

I’m so shocked at the customer service! I want to return an item. I bought the wrong size bag I’ve emailed them at least 6 times for return address I’ve had one email back to say send a photo and reason why you want to return which I have ! And I’m still waiting for a reply back all I want is the return address! . I’ve never experienced anything like this before with a retailer.

I was a bit dubious when I seen the prices compared to other websites wish I paid the extra now on other website got my son a tracksuit and coat spent £435 on them. Arrived in a box they must of got out of a skip completely squeezed proberly stamp on it to get it in.the coat was the real deal but had faults with the stitches which was ripped under the coat.the tracksuit didnt even have a authentic label with it so I’m guessing a good fake. I’m not going to slag the company off I used them because of the prices they charge which is cheaper than other sites.I’m not even going to email them about returns.. lesson learnt all I say if you want to save money use this site but your getting faulty items or good fakes also no receipt either

So recently put a review on here warning ppl not to order any think off A company called MRDRIPZONE I'm now stuck with a tracksuit that is to small and doesn't fit my son I asked them if I could have an exchange for a bigger size and they refused it cost me £219 thru then replied to me on trust pilot saying they are very sorry and if I get back in touch with them they will offer me a exchange or refund so I replied back to them and surprise surprise they have again ignored my emails

Bought the full Nike tech fleece royal blue paid £200 for it was ok a week today it’s zipper has broke on it on the joggers, stitching is really bad I want a refund please.

Still no response from this fraudulent merchant! Avoid at all costs! Ordered in good faith for my son for Christmas now he has no bag and I am down £100. Disgusting excuse of a company!

I am entitled to a full refund under the consumer rights act 2015 as the item is NOT as described! Counterfeit and damaged to add!

Consumer advice have passed details to trading standards that need to shut this so called company down!

Mr DripZone STILL HASNT REPLIED to my email asking for a return address and a refund. DO NOT use this scam company. They never reply saying they’re too busy is a load of rubbish they’re just dodgy. They just collect your money and then don’t care about delivering what you ordered.
