I missed my delivery because I wasn’t home and didn’t know I had to be home to sign. Maybe I should’ve known that but it wasn’t mentioned when I ordered it. That would’ve been helpful. Or maybe it was mentioned and I didn’t notice so make it bigger next time!

The wine was delivered as advertised. The delivery timeline was 3wks, which is a bit too long for me. Everything else was great.

The last time I brought wine from this company I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was promised $10 for giving a review NEVER got so I’m sure this time won’t be any different, however, the service was horrible it took so long for my order to ship I ended up calling to find out what was wrong with my order and no good enough excuse was given, the least I could have gotten was a bottle for the inconvenience, at least I did ask but was told no. Needless to say, I probably wouldn’t order from this company again.

I was looking for a particular wine using Wine Searcher. That indicated Mr. D had the wine in stock. I think just two bottles were left and I ordered them, and they shipped them to me. Bottles well protected and the shipment was protected at no extra cost by "SavedBy".

Order was never fulfilled - they charged my credit card, then nothing! Only voicemail and nobody returned my calls; only auto response from emails, which nobody answered. I've reversed the charge with my credit card company and given up on them.

Ordering process was simple. Delivery was timely. Everything was done fast and stress-free. Exactly what you would want an online experience to be like.

The wine I ordered was fairly priced, shipping was fairly priced. But it took 11 days from when I entered my order until it was shipped. Their website and emails do warn yo that it could take up to 10 days for shipping. This seems like an unusually long time to just get some wines into a shipping box and get a pickup. Other online wine shippers get it moving in just a couple of days. I would not buy from them again. If they ever get their shipping logistics improved, I would consider using them again.

They didn't order a free shipping coupon, as advertised and when I contacted them about it, I received no response.

Great product range, and excellent communication. When a certain label was unavailable, I was offered 2 alternatives, and the benefit of slightly lower prices, and thus a timely refund for the difference.

Great wines, great service. Delivery is very easy, great selection, quick turn around from order to receiving the wine. No issues with shipping as they use great packaging for the wines. Prices are great as well
