They never have anything in stock and no contact after sales like most reviews have said . So I'm going back to preppers shop uk

No items 1 mre and a few drinks powders after 2 weeks, purchase 31/1/2026.
No response to my email seems to become a money scam operation, luckily I paid through PayPal and they have refunded me after producing all the relevant information.
Funnily a previous order last year never arrived either and put it down to lost in post clearly not. Last time I will ever buy from mre empire.

Tried to cancel my order.

Sent two emails and receive no response. A day later the Ration packs were sent to Royal Mail for delivery. Emailed again to state I wanted the order cancelled and to not send them.

No response to any emails.

Terrible comms and I wouldn’t advise anyone buy from this seller.

Had I seen these reviews before answering I wouldn’t have ordered myself.

3 days from ordering to delivery. The items was as described.

Been ordering from this site for years now, never had an bad experience.

Sometimes orders take a little longer than expected but they always turn up.

Prices are always super competitive and a good range of products.

I placed an order for several items from this site. The first one was great. Fast turn around and the goods arrived very quickly and well packaged. I decided to place another order and that where the problem started. Only gor a conformation email to say thanks for the money. No goods delivered, no emails, no explanations. Three emails later, no response, so I'm now going to get a refund from Visa and inform them that behaviour is inexcusable and hopefully they'll take action.

I placed an order on October 14th and cannot get a reply to my questions on ship date.

Don't waste your time . . . Bart will do that for you.
Mind you, that's all he'll do for you.

I don't know how he spends his time, but I know it's not by sending out orders or replying to emails.

"All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days" - well that's a lie.

It's supposed to be a simple process Bart.
We pay you money, you send us stuff when you're supposed to. We have questions, you answer them.

And folks . . . do you notice that there is not one reply from Bart in response to all these terrible reviews? Not one.

Save your time and your money and shop elsewhere.

Ordered three french mre's and ten ration heaters, one of the mre's was wrong despite saying they where all in stock, only received seven of the ten ration heaters? Tried to contact via there contact page NOTHING, tried two emails direct NOTHING, even tried to contact via there eBay shop NOTHING!! Total con artists! AVOID
Check the reviews there are far better company's out there than these clowns.....

My delivery was 3 items short. No response to my email, no shipping of missing items or refund.

Very nasty seller, who cant take any criticism. They buy items from genuine sellers only to leave negative feedback for others. Its very questionable where they buy their stock from too.

I've ordered several different items from MRE Empire. Always arrive within a week, plenty of updates and tracking info. Best suppliers of mre's by far. Keep up the good work Ben 👍

Unlike many other reviewers, I did receive my MRE case albeit after a short delay: after a week without shipping confirmation I emailed, got a apology from Bart, and received the case within a week. Shipping from their EU location. Case was in good condition, all contents present.

I ordered a case of U.S. MREs on 3/21/25. After a couple of weeks, I inquired about the order's status--not because I needed them in a rush, but simply because I had had no update. Three unanswered inquiries later, it has been over a month since I placed my order, and I intend to work with my bank to see if I can get any of my money back from this utterly unresponsive company. I would urge anyone considering purchasing here to take this company's poor reviews very, very seriously. I don't know if the issue is incompetence or outright deception, but they do not appear the least bit trustworthy.

Ordered a case of 2027 inspection date MRE's
the date codes of these should be 4xxx
all the ones i had received were 3150 (made 2023 150th day) , further, all the menu items were that of the 2026 inspection date, menu 2 was not the chicken stir fry

What has happened is the box had been opened, by someone and they taken the contents out and put older stock in and reglued, this is quite evident of the mass ammount of extra hot glue that is placed over the original and all along the inside with ripped cardboard on the flap that is no where to be found on the new glue, but on the glue underneath

Its a shame as i had ordered a few times from them before and did not have any problems, but their support was quick, have adjusted my review to follow that and to adjust for my own annoyed reaction

Placed an order and got an acknowledgement with a tracking number, but it was never sent to the Post Office. Company has not answered three separate emails or a Facebook direct message. No reply at all, so now they have my money but nothing sent to me.

Wrong order arrived. No reply to numerous emails and contact form from website. Very poor. I won’t be going back.

I was a little unsure to order or not based on reviews here so I just did a small order to start (half of what I needed). Arrived within 6 working days (in the UK), everything came just as described on the website: ration packs, FRHs and mess tins. Really great value, no idea what the negative reviews are about. Have ordered a second time to get the other half of my items and look forward to them arriving. Highly recommend, thank you!

I just recieved my order from them, took 3 weeks to ship and in that time he never responded to any of my emails and I also messaged him on Facebook asking for an update there aswell with no reply there either, he didn’t ship like 3 of the things I ordered and waited until I emailed him again stating I’d be contacting my bank if I don’t get an answer to why I didn’t receive the items I didn’t, he responded instantly to that email telling me that he will refund it right away and that because of my “tone” in the email and that I apparently threatened him with calling my bank he didn’t want to do business with me anymore and told me he wouldn’t accept anymore orders from me. He seems highly unprofessional and I wouldn’t order from that website. All I wanted was an update and he couldn’t even give me that in a three week timeframe

I will also note that the canned goods arrived heavily dented and the bags are well worn due to him just throwing them in a box and shipping them with no cushioning. He refunded two of my items but I bought a case of 10 Lithuanian mres and he only sent me 9
