We had Granite worktops made and fitted, the process was fantastic from start to finish. Visited the factory and the staff were very professional and polite. I would not hesitate to use Mr Granite in the future, many thanks.

Bodie was also helpful. The worktop is beautiful, was fitted well and to our timescales. Can't recommend them enough.

After looking numerous places for worktop, someone recommended me to Mr Granite, I greeted by Amy, she was very welcoming, and lovely. I decided to go for them as they were local. I'm so glad I did, their service was outstanding. I had a small problem with one of my sockets not matching with the cutout, and they came the next day to sort it out. Would definitely recommend to others. Absolutely love my kitchen, thankyou Amy, Scott and can't remember the other guys name.

I can’t recommend this team enough! From start to finish, they were incredible to work with. We had two work surfaces from here in the past, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. On top of that, they crafted a few bespoke items for our wedding that were just perfect. The attention to detail and quality of work is outstanding. What really sets them apart, though, is their amazing customer service. They were so accommodating, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure working with them! Truly the best!

We just had our palmero quartz installed by Mr Granite, and we couldn’t be happier! Amy was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire ordering process—so patient and helpful, especially when I couldn’t make up my mind. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to others we looked at, and the whole process was seamless. The templating and installation were completed within the same week, which was impressively fast. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish—highly recommend!

Our experience with Mr granite was excellent. Amy was very helpful and responsive to our requirements. And scott and his mate did an excellent job of fitting.
We had worktops and splashbacks for kitchen and office. Our island unit had waterfall sides plus a frontage which was grooved to look abit like acoustic panelling, but in stone. It really did look great when we shone an LED down it.
As a carpenter myself I can say it was a job well done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They were very well priced and was very fast from ordering to fitting also. Thankyou to Amy and Scott.

Excellent Customer Service from when we first contacted to them to the work being complete.
Very competitive on price, the worktop we chose was half the price we had previously been quoted elsewhere for an identical product.
I wanted a particular finish and managed to source it through Mr Granite, there was a slight problem with the product when it arrived but Amy and Scott were tenacious in dealing with the supplier until it was put right.
Their advice on the shaping of the worktop was invaluable, fitting was perfect and we are thrilled with how it looks. A thoroughly trustworthy, professional business that cares about the Customer. As my business involves helping large organisations in improving their Costumers Experience, my expectations are high, Mr Granite met them completely.

Mr granite is the best company and very kind helpful staff for kitchen work tops etc very professional, plus excellent installation done absolutely chuffed .

At first at all seemed great and they were very friendly to get our order.
The day before our slabs were to be cut they called to tell us that they will be cut differently to what we were originally told.
Once they got here the guys were in a rush to fit them. We were having a waterfall island and the slabs were templated and fitted wrong, higher on one side thanks the other. After the guys had left we had noticed that the island would slanted so we called them the next day to let them know about it and Amy would not have any of it. She told us It was within their tolerance without even looking at the problem, you could literally roll ball from one end to the other. We had to get angry over the phone in order for them to understand that what they had done was not acceptable. Even when there guys had come out to have a look they also agreed it was not correct. The owners refused to fix the problem instead they popped off one of the legs and left it with us to sort out with our builder who had to chop out of floor to fit the slab, as Mr granite refused to trim it, not the kind of service I expect after spending thousands of pounds on the luxury item. Would never use them again.

Also thanks for your response below. Although I wouldn't agree that's how things went, no striving or discussions were had, just options after we were told something completely else from the beginning, we were not treated well at all and put on the spot each time. In fact we could not sleep at night wondering how we are going to fix the situation. Decisions were made on our behalf without calling us first, what's worse is we came to your factory in person and made it clear that we would like the stone to be shown off in all it's glory, it felt like you just cut it as you wished and didn't really care, that's why changes were made, the floor was also ready and level so not sure what your on about, so were the cabinets until your guys moved everything out of place. Your attitude towards fixing the situation is what got you this review. You didn't want to help until we made a fuss about it. You were adamant you had done a great job. My builder was forced into helping fix the situation as you guys refused to do anything further to help. If that's the quality of your work .. then no thanks.

After visiting almost everywhere in the midlands to look for granite worktops for our new kitchen was recommended to try Mr Granite & was I glad I did!

I would highly recommend Mr Granit to anyone buying a new kitchen.
The excellent service provided was consistently high, from start to finish.
Cost was considerably less than a well known diy store and this was for standard laminate from diy store and quartz from Mr Granit.
Fitting team were all very experienced and offered a friendly, informative and professional service.
I defy anyone not to be much more than satisfied with this service / product.
