Wir sind seit 2018 mit mehreren Wohnungen bei Mr. Lodge. Wir werden sehr gut betreut. Der Service bei der Vermietung ist sehr professionell. Wir haben deshalb auch 2025 ein neues Objekt von uns für möbliertes Wohnen an Mr. Lodge übergeben.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Betreuung und können Mr. Lodge nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Beim Auszug wird jedes Staubkorn bewertet. Die Endreinigung meiner 100 m2 Wohnung kostete 1400 Euro, obwohl ich vorher selber gereinigt hatte. 32 Stunden wurden berechnet, das ist Wucher.

Mr Lodge war so freundlich, auf meine Bewertung zu antworten. Sie haben freundlicherweise die überzogenen Reinigungskosten übernommen. Schuld war der Vermieter, der diese unverschämte Rechnung erstellt hat. Es ist die Familie W. ich kann nur raten, von dieser Familie keine Wohnung zu mieten. Aber danke

Leider ist der Vermieter meines Erachtens sehr unseriös. Vereinbarungen werden nicht eingehalten, die Kaution wird teilweise zu Unrecht einbehalten, man muss Klagen um Recht zu bekommen. Es gibt nur Ärger trotz hoher Mieten.

Der Vermieter hat einige Wohnungen bei MrLodge. Solange solche Vermieter bei Lodge sind, kann ich diese Firma nicht empfehlen.

We reached out to Mr. Lodge for a short-term rental need in Münich (6 months). From the first phone call until the signing of the rental agreement, Mr. Lodge proved to be a very professional company, with fast and responsive service, professional and very friendly staff (all of them!). They sent us 6 different options of which we selected 2 for visit and we signed only a few weeks later for 1 of these 2 visited. In a competitive real estate market like Münich, it is vital that the company responds fast because apartments go very fast. We are 100% happy with Mr. Lodge and can highly recommend them!

Ich bewerte jetzt nur die Abteilung : Interior, nicht die Vermietung! Sie generiert auf intransparente Art sehr hohe Kosten bevor sie überhaupt anfangen.
Sie präsentiert Möbel von SKLUM ( online-Firma) und lässt sich dann ihre eigenen Aufwandskosten sehr teuer bezahlen. Der Auftrag wurde abgebrochen. Wir hatten nur hohe Kosten für nichts.

Very fast and good service. Even in Munich, it is not difficult to find a new apartment with them.

Die Abwicklung der Neu- bzw. Wiedervermietung klappt zügig. Damit verbunden ist ja auch immer ein hoher Umsatz.
Wenn es aber an Service geht hakt es:
- jedes mal ein anderer Zuständiger,
- Zusatz-Arbeiten „machen wir nicht oder können wir nicht“ oder kosten.

Man merkt - hier geht es nur um Umsatz.

Ich habe über Mr. Lodge meine Wohnung gefunden. Meine Umzugssituation war kompliziert, da ich aus Asien wieder nach Deutschland gezogen bin (mit 2 Tieren). Ich wurde bei Mr. Lodge trotz der komplizierten Situation bestens von einer Maklerin persönlich betreut. die Ansprechpartnerin war immer erreichbar und hatte mit dem Vermieter alle Details sorgfältig geklärt. Ich kann Mr Lodge mit fünf Sternen weiterempfehlen, da es mir an nichts gefehlt hat.
