Great all-round service
The agent was extremely professional both during the original viewing and the signature and handover.
All documentation was delivered promptly and accurately and it only took one day between "shaking hands" and having a contract signed by both parties.
The "after sales" service has also been impeccable with our expectations even being exceeded.

MrLodge vermittelt seit vielen Jahren meine Wohnungen. Aufgrund seines guten Netzwerkes findet er immer sehr schnell einen passenden neuen Mieter, einen Leerstand hatte ich zu keiner Zeit.
Weiterhin unterstützt mich MrLodge in vielen Fragen rund um die Vermietung, wie z.B. bei der Mietvertragsgestaltung, Wohnungsübergabe und bei technischen Problemen in der Wohnung.

My communication with the employees
My communication with the employees - fast and reliable. The team works hand in hand. You notice that immediately when it comes to getting things done. The people in the team communicate with each other. Every request is dealt with in a friendly, helpful and competent manner. No excuses are sought or found for minor mistakes, but they are corrected immediately. Excellent. It's important to me that they look for a good tenant who suits me and my apartment. Mr. Lodge does an excellent job of this.

Expat apartment rental
I reacted on a flat on mr lodge website when I planned to move to Munich, coming from another country. Without viewing, the apartment was rented to me and I signed for an initial rental.period of 6 months, which felt a little risky but I can confirm that it's all legit and fine. They provided the paperwork to register at the municipality too on the day I moved in. The service was very efficient, my email inquiries were always answered within a few hours. The apartment looked exactly as on the photos on the website. All in all, my move couldn't have been more smooth, though I have to add that the particular apartment I rent is expensive.

negatif: once contract with a renter signed, you get immediately the invoice over the full amount.
Mr Lodge should leave the time to 'earn' that money first by receiving a couple of month rental for the appartement

Bei Mr Lodge ist Kunde nicht König
Mr Lodge hat mir eine Wohnung gezeigt, die mich interessiert hat. Nach meiner Besichtigung habe ich die ganzen Wohnungs-Daten sorgfältig analysiert und mit anderen Wohnungen in der Region verglichen, bevor ich ein Angebot abgab. Hinzu schrieb ich, wie ich zu meinem Angebot kam. Doch der erarbeitete Respekt ging schlagartig weg, als Mr Lodge sich erlaubt hat, mich als nicht enrsthafter Interessent zu bezeichnen. Bitte, bitte! Es gibt diplomatische Antworten. Diplomatie könnte Mr. Lodge gut gebrauchen, wenn sie mit Kundschaft umgeht!
