We have used Mr Scaffold 3 times in almost 10 yrs and they are just so easy to deal with. I received a quote from them within 30 minutes of calling them, I replied within the hour, just before midday and next day delivery was no trouble at all.
Brilliant to deal with!

Second positive experience with Mr Scaffold
Recently I needed to upgrade my Mr Scaffold scaffolding so contacted their head office. The service was prompt and efficient and my questions were answered quickly.
I picked up the scaffold in Melbourne a few days later and Tony at the warehouse was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Overall I had great service from a company which sells a good value product and I am happy to recommend them.

Set me back a couple of weeks waiting for them
Gave me the wrong thing and then set me back a couple of weeks in my work waiting for the right things to be delivered.
I imagine they are good when things don't go pear-shaped, but really have a lacklustre performance in fixing their mistakes.
Your reply just makes things worst - it adds falsehood to the poor performance.
"Isolated"? You dropped the parts off at the Bulahdelah post office - that is in the middle of town, next to the Pacific Highway, the main multi-lane freeway north of Sydney.

Again we apologize for the mix up with delivery. Given your isolated location it is hard to expedite the delivery. We had the correct parts on there way the day you called in, from there it is with our 3rd party freight forwarder to get the goods to you in your location. We understand what an inconvenience this may have been but we did what we could from our end.
