I brought a 2023 Sherco se125 an with in a month I had starter problem had back an fourth phone calls to where I purchased the bike an had no joy didn’t care about nothing then I spoke with Malcom on the phone an straight away helped me sort the problem

I can only apologise for a dealer giving you wrong information, this tends to stem from KTM giving very little warranty that sometimes the staff in shops forget Sherco give a far better warranty. I'm glad you got all sorted ok with us.
I'm very pleased with the service…
I'm very pleased with the service provided on two occasions where I have had a part missing form my orderd and it has been sent out with no questions however it was only a spark plug but this shows a very trusting relationship to the customer and vis versa and the second occasions a part was out of stock so I called and was quickly put through to someone who could help and they proceed to go to the stores to check that it wasn't just an error in the website and finally they advised me of where I could find the part else where. So I'm over all very pleased to be a customer and I also like to back a business based as loclay as I can

Always seems hard receiving low star rating for something totally out of your control like post. We do all we can to ship goods same day on a next day service and normally it works but there is always the courier out there who sadly does not have the same attitude towards his job and you can bet it's always the one who needs the parts most urgent! So I am really sorry about that and can only apologise there incompetence.

i normally would give them 5 stars but this is 2 times now i have paid for next day delivery and its not been delivered . they should offer another type of delivery as only offering next day at £7.50 (and it doesn't arrive for 3-5 days) is a bit annoying . wont stop me from ordering from them but defo need other delivery options or give the people some sort of refund if it doesn't . they don't they just pam it off to parcelforce. Edit after reply : I would like to state that MRS has known of one issue before as I was never off the phone for about 3 days , and this time was just this week . But like I said it won’t stop me from ordering from you guys but you really need to sort that out . 👍🏻 also only options I get from website is delivery or collection from warehouse . Can you please tell me where I can select UPS please ? Thanks .

Hi Stevie, I have just been informed by warehouse about your issue and how Parcel Force had handed your parcel to a third party? This I have no idea why they did, as this is normally only done with slower services like 48 & 72 and they could not explain to me why this was done at your local depot? As for future orders when you do you just request it is sent with UPS in order comments, customers do this all the time as in some areas PF is way better than UPS and in others its UPS who's way better.
I am really sorry to hear this! You have ordered from us 16 times and sadly this is the first I've heard of issues for you but there is two postal options available, Parcel Force & UPS, both are next day and both do not refund late deliveries to us. They used to pre Covid days but since Covid that all stopped and maybe they will again in the future. It does state on our web site that it is not a guaranteed next day service but a very high percentage always arrive next day as planned (Over 90% success rate). Maybe next time you order, request UPS and see how you get on with them. Thank you for your continued business and support. I hope we can find a way to get your parcel delivered back on time again like they always were.

Online information and ordering system for products I’d good and predictable some parts prices are astronomical for what they are. Have had to gain product information from outside sources on some subject, would be reassuring f there was more product knowledge.

Sadly fuel injection diagnostic tools are never cheap. As for product knowledge something sadly are impossible to fix over a phone without the bike to see, for some reason you didn't want to take it to your dealer to inspect closer who would fix any issue you have? Sorry but we can only do so much over a phone.

Yes sorry to hear this but DPD has an even worse record around the UK as we were with them until only last month for the last 10 years, Parcel Force we have been with for nearly 30 years and only since Covid have they really gone down hill. We have as of this month now moved to UPS so I hope things will now improve. Sorry for the hassle you had.
