I placed 2 orders about 12-13 days ago. I received my packages today very happy with the prompt service. I received 1 can that is expired. I emailed them advising them of same and waiting to see how they are going to handle the issue. Other than that all good on the rest of the cans expiration dates. I definitively recommend fast shipping to USA!——-3/3/25 I received an email stating I will be receiving a refund for the expired cans….I will definitely use them again!

UPDATE 2/26/25- I just received a message from Mr. Snuff- they apologized for the delay and reshipped my package through a different carrier. I am very pleased and will write a different review when I receive my package.
UPDATE 3/3/2025- I just received my order and they threw in an extra product for the inconvenience of the delay.

I made on order 6 weeks ago and I have received absolutely NOTHING from them! 1-2 weeks to ship to USA, nope I just lost my money…. I will not be purchasing from Mr. Snuff in the future.

I ordered snuff and it’s been 3 weeks and every time I email support they ignore me it’s been the worst and I’m not sure if I will get my order or refund

Update: I received my order on February 20th. I'm totally happy with it. I totally understand that customs can suck and I ready to be patient but I would have appreciated an email response so I didn't have to wonder.

The first time I ordered from Mr. Snuff everything arrived in a timely manner and I was very happy with my purchase. So I am very disappointed to say I'm having trouble with Mr. Snuff now. The second time I ordered (Dec 31) I received an email 2 weeks later to tell me that my order had been sent back from customs and will go out again with the same tracking. I know customs can be a pain so I was patient. My tracking has not updated at all. It says "label created in New York - waiting to receive package" and it's been almost a month since that email. I emailed Mr. Snuff last Thursday to ask for an update and it's Tuesday and I still have not received a response. It's February 11th. I'm starting to wonder if I will ever receive my package and if I will even be able to get a refund without having to call my bank and report the charge. I am very saddened by this as I cannot find snuff locally and I was so happy with Mr. Snuff before. I really hate to leave this type of review but I can't get a response.
