Mr tortilla has not shipped my monthly order in over 6 months with no explanation at all. Just stopped cold turkey

Excellent products! The chips, taco shells, and tortillas are incredibly fresh, and the packaging is carefully designed to prevent crushing. A top-notch experience from start to finish. Kudos to the Mr. Tortilla team!

Although your product is absolutely top notch and by far our favorite, customer service is somewhat lacking. Twice I’ve asked questions. Once through your website and once through email. Never received a response to either. My last order I screwed up the order quality for the special. Called immediately and left voicemail. Few days later emailed, few days after that called again. No response to any. Eventually I did get an invoice that my free pack had shipped so thank you for that.

I have not received my order, I ordered and I was charged and nothing yet still waiting.

They cancelled my order. The reason that was given was they were out of stock. Looked on their website. It looks like they are out of everything. That's like KFC running out of chicken!!! Now even though I have said that their product is very good....when they have it

The Artisan tortillas are low-sodium and low-carb, but you would never know it. They taste just like any regular flour tortilla, and hold up well to whatever you stuff them with! Delicious and healthy! Put cheese and whatever else you want in there, put into a skillet, fold in half and slightly brown, best lunch ever!

Delivery arrived when expected, product was fresh. And of course they taste good. Will definitely purchase again

For the diet conscious, or type 2 diabetics, these are the only choice you have. I am on constant reorder for the 2 gram garlic and herb tortillas along with the everything 1 gram tortillas. They both seem to have the best flavor without being overwhelming. For me, the multigrain don't have the flavor I'm looking for. However, In a pinch, they work just fine. No real complaints here.

Great customer service! I called to check on an order. The gentleman I spoke with was friendly and reassured me my order would be delivered that day, and it was delivered within a couple hours after my conversation with him. He asked about day, asked what I like about their product and told me how much they appreciated my business. It was so refreshing to talk to a live person who showed appreciation for being a customer! Plus they have an outstanding product!

As my friend would say Fantastico Bombastico! Really good product and especially for quesadillas lovers!

Even while traveling we order tortillas from you guys. We are currently in San Diego where we can get fresh tortillas anytime if day. Unfortunately they are high carb, so Mr. Tortilla to the rescue!

Easy ordering, quick delivery

Not only are the tortillas delicious their customer service will go above and beyond for their customers. I had a small issue, not anything to do with the company or the tortillas, that was handled in such a nice and caring way. This is an example of a great company! Kudos to them!!

The three chile tortillas were perfectly spiced and they are delicious with cheese and/or refried refried beans spread on them and rolled into mini enchiladas Yum.

Mr. Tortilla are the healthiest tortillas. They taste great. The order and delivery process are easy and fast. I have been ordering these for a few years and it’s the only tortilla I eat now. Also, great variety of flavors and sizes.
