Best price offered with minor issues
Tutez offered the best price of all the "trade in" companies in Australia.
The reply paid service is great, its free. However in hindsight I would opt to pay for postage myself so that I can add a signature-on-delivery requirement. The reply paid service was unfortunately linked to the wrong address (an old office) and the team at Tutez had to go and retrieve my Laptop, a bit stressful! I'm sure they will fix this so it doesn't happen again.
That being said - they kept in touch and made sure the issues were resolved. I initially called them at 10am the morning my laptop was delivered. The money was in my account by 1pm.
