I ordered some bits off them they told me 3/5 days on the 4th day they haven't even sent them out and now there say 5/7 days the company a waste time

Under COVID-19 restrictions staff were under stress to complete sale & delivery before lockdown, this they achieved but unfortunately delivery could not be made on time as delivery agent let me down, luckily with help & guidance from staff delivery got done & made me a happy customer, would defiantly recommend MSRT to anyone thinking of buying new vehicle

Fairly shocking delivery service
Fairly shocking delivery service. Ordered something as small as a carbon wheel cap on Monday and it’s still not here yet. Yes I’m in Jersey but no excuse. Ordered some bits for my trials bike from the Uk at 3:30 yesterday and they are here already.
