In March 2025 I purchased Turbotax from this site and did right away receive directions to download and an activation code. The activation code did not work but after a chat with customer service I received a replacement code which did work and I filed my taxes. But the code was later deactivated and when I tried to launch Turbotax to do some planning for the next year, I could not open Turbotax which resided on my laptop. I called Intuit Turbotax support and found out that msbgifts is not an officially recognized provider and they would not give me a replacement code (and silence now from msbgifts). It appears they are reselling the code to multiple buyers and because Intuit allows a code to be used on up to 5 computers, the code works for a while. Recall that the original code I was given did not work - probably because it had already been used by 5 different customers.

I bought a TurboTax license and filed for an extension. Later on, when I was ready to file my taxes, the license key did not work! I emailed their "support" twice: not even the courtesy of a response. Then I used life chat. They requested a screenshot of the error. I provided a PDF of the screenshot, rather than access to my computer: the agent vanished, not to be heard from again. I started another chat with no success. Oh! the agent told me that I could buy the 2025 version with no problem, because they "support" any purchase (sic). The whole thing smells the rat! Keep your money. Run! This looks like a scam to me!

From Intuit support "msbgift sold bootlegged copy of TurboTax. Likely they are buying TurboTax from an official reseller, like Staples, reselling the License on the web, then return the software to the reseller within the 30-day period for a refund. This results in the license code being canceled at a later date". This is why you were able to use the license key to download the software for the first few days and install it. This might seem fine until you try to e-file or purchase other related services from Inuit You will get the error message "Hmm... it looks like we've hit a slight snag". If you then login into Intuit and try to download the software again you cannot, because the license is cancelled. Yep, it still shows up on your account but is not use able.

I saw 1 review where the person didn't get the download/license key, so I was nervous. For me the process worked without a hitch. As soon as I submitted the payment, I was shown a webpage with a download link and the license key. It installed without a hitch and I was able to use it already.

I ordered TurboTax for Home & Business on this site. From the confirmation page of the purchase, it provided the keycode. I was able to download it quickly, it installed in less than 2 minutes. I copied/pasted the keycode and I was up and running! Thanks for making this SO EASY to buy and install!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I ordered turbo tax from them and was told the download would be sent to me within 20 minutes, NEVER GOT IT!
Was Charged on my card by another company which is also a scam called atiaonline which also goes to Nelipot Tea Shop ALL OF WHICH DO NOT EXIST! Had to dispute the charge!
