New to Markham and scared

I recently moved to Markham from Durham Region. I was very nervous to find a new ophthalmologist/optometrist. I am older so I need someone very knowledgeable and skilled. I found that person in Dr. Zhou. She was absolutely wonderful and thorough. Nick, who not only booked me in but also looked after some of the testing and my glasswear selection is also awesome. Very helpful and honest and accommodating. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone in Markham/Stouffville and surrounding areas.

Prompt emergency service

I called about a suspected detached retina and Markham Stouffville Optometry scrambled to get a doctor in to see me within a few hours. The doctor did a thorough exam and confirmed my fear. He then scrambled to secure an appointment at Sunnybrook Hospital for me. Markham Stouffville Optometry made several follow up calls to me to ensure I was being treated. I will return to get eye-care services from now on.

An Amazing Experience....

I had lost my glasses and was really in desperate need of an eye check-up and new glasses. I found Markham Stouffville Optometry through a Google search - and I am really happy I did. Dr. Zhou was very professional and thorough in her analysis, and her tests were very comprehensive - much more so than any other optometrist I have been to in the past. Her staff was also very patient and was very accommodating in helping me find the perfect pair of frames. The experience was a phenomenal one and I would definitely highly recommend Dr. Zhou and her team. You won't be disappointed.

The best optician I have seen

The best optician I have seen! the service is at the highest level, there is all the necessary equipment for inspection, they took the selection of points for me seriously, they helped all the staff! I wish them all the best, prosperity, and good customers!

Saw Dr. Zhou at Markham Stouffville Optometry for the first time with my daughter this month and would definitely recommend her and the office to anyone looking for a professional and friendly optometrist/office. They really try to accommodate your schedule and provide prompt and caring service.

Highly recommend

Dr. Zhou and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I went in for an eye exam because I felt like the current glasses I have are not clear enough sometimes. I told Dr. Zhou about my concern and she did a thorough test with me, and she suggested that I keep my current prescription because otherwise I’ll get headaches. They also helped me to try out frames from their stylish collection. All in all, I love the experience and would definitely recommend my friends to Dr. Victoria Zhou.
