Nice bolts
Item as described.
I needed to send a email, to get an update to get them to ship them so took a little longer than expected.

Zero communications
Great product and good vfm but non existent communications if you need to return the item.
Complained through eBay but seller closed the complaint. Better off using Amazon for a similar item with better communication, better returns procedures and quicker delivery…

Dishonest and fruadulent
After waiting over 2 weeks for order to arrive ( 4 wheel spacers). It finally got delivered. When opened the box therr was just 2 spacers and no wheel nuts. I contacted MSR about this and it took another 8 days of back and feont email. Eventually lost patients and requested to return the item and refund my money. Another 4 days later, i recive and email stating my money has been refunded for what was returned (2 wheele spacers) half my payment. I sent a further email asking for explanation but have been ignored. I have had to contact my bank regarding this and refund. I would stay away from this website and not purchase. I learnt my lesson hard way
