Honest and genuine
I ordered a lemon Jellycat nwt and there was a little confusion on the description when it was posted but the seller was quick to respond and to send me a picture of what I would be purchasing and let me know if I would still like to purchase or not. I loved how honest they were and especially on the quickness of answering me back. I definitely ordered and will order again.

I started purchasing from Ms Rudolph off her ebay shop and quickly migrated to the website - I've loved every purchase I've made and Ms Rudolph is always happy to accommodate requests and reach out if there are any issues with the order.
I've never had any issues with the quality of product that arrives, all flaws/defects are clearly stated in her listings and everything arrives in the advertised condition.
Her use of recycled packaging is another big tick for her, and my plush always arrive wrapped in paper with a discount code card!

Brilliant seller
Ms Rudolph's online store is the best to buy Jellycat and other plushies from. The layout of her website is easy to navigate and purchase from. Great communication has always happened when wanting to know more details about particular plushies from Ms Rudolph. They have always been processed, packed & sent to me here in Australia very promptly. They are packaged very well and with great care. Ms Rudolph is a beautiful person who goes out of her way to help those wanting help sourcing particular Jellycats and other plushies. Can highly recommend her and her online business.

I have brought several jellycats from Ms Rudolph and always had a great experience. All purchases have been as described, if not better, well packaged and very fast shipping.
Having personally had some bad experiences on vinted, this seller has been a real godsend when looking for some special jellycats for my grandchildren, I always feel assured that I will receive exactly what I purchased. I recommend this seller and will continue to use this company in the future.

I have purchased 3 Jellycats from Ms Rudolph and each experience has been wonderful! The Jellycats arrive quickly to me in Canada, in perfect condition.
