When Royal Mail got the delivery wrong they persevered with me until the issue was resolved. Good communication and customer service. Has a good range of gloves.

Express delivery not next day
Express next working day delivery took 4 working days, cost £4.95 which I couldn’t refund and then charged me to send it back.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve had issues with your order. I’ve checked our inbox but can’t see any previous messages from you, so thank you for getting back in touch.
I can see from the tracking that Royal Mail experienced delays, which meant your order arrived a day later than expected. Because of this, we’ve refunded the £5.95 you paid for shipping.
We haven’t yet received the order back for a refund, but of course, if you return the items we will refund you in full. You also won’t be charged for using the pre-paid return label, as the delay was outside your control.
If there’s anything else you need in the meantime, please let us know.
