Easy peasy Japanesey import car purchase
I was a walk in client on a Friday morning. Was immediately able to sit down with Lana and begin discussing a purchase of a vehicle in another region (270km away) After a quick discussion about identification/finance I was approved and after some email finalization, was able to drive up to another city and pick up the intended vehicle. Lana and Gaylene made the process so easy, and seamless. They were personable, friendly to deal with and even with my tight timeframes, were able to adapt and work a minor miracle for my family and I. Highly recommended and hopefully everyone who goes to MTF Gisborne has a great customer service experience like we did. 10/10.
